The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Dominic’s Health Crisis Is Making Chance’s PTSD Worse

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) he is having a very difficult time trying to stay focused on the present, when all he can think about is the past. In fact, all of Baby Dominic’s health problems seem to be triggering his PTSD even more. Here’s what you need to know.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Dominic’s Health Crisis Is Making Chance’s PTSD Worse

According to Soap Opera Digest, both Chance and his wife Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) are waiting on pins and needles to hear about the results of Dominic’s blood test. For Chance, he is absolutely frazzled, both physically and emotionally. That’s because he is still coming to terms with his PTSD.

Actor Conner Floyd, who plays Connor on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “He’s having a hard time getting a grasp and really opening up about it. He’s not too thrilled about seeing help to get it fixed. Chance is that Captain America hero who’s supposed to save the day, so he shouldn’t show any weakness. He keeps pushing his problems aside so he can be there for Abby and Dominic, but not dealing with his PTSD, he’s having a really hard time.”

If that weren’t enough, The Young and the Restless spoilers also say that Chance and Abby being too sensitive to each other is only adding more stress to their marriage as they are both walking on eggshells.

Connor added, “Chance is trying to be there for his wife, but I think Abby knows that he’s one conversation from losing it, so she’s tiptoeing around him, making sure he’s okay and not pushing him too hard.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Chance?

The Young and the Restless spoilers also say that when Nate calls the Chancellors, he asks that a specialist talk to the couple about Dominic’s test results. And yes, things do get very emotional, with both Chance and Abby biting their nails. “Chance’s plate is already full. I don’t know how much more he can take.”
