GH Spoilers Update Thursday, January 25: New Recruits, Second Tries, Friendly Advice
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, January 26 tease new recruits, second tries, and friendly advice. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) talks to a new recruit, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) talks about second tries, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) dispenses friendly advice.
General Hospital Spoilers: New Recruits
Jordan talks to her new recruit, Brick (Stephen A. Smith) and tells him she thought he’d be the perfect man for the job-he asks what’s the mission, should he accept it?
Jordan needs someone who has Brick’s skills to finish the trace on the gun used at the Metro Court shootings who can get the information without the FBI finding out. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has already signed on to help Jordan after the FBI brought her in and told her to stay out of it.
The gun was traced previously to the WSB arsenal in Berlin, but then the trail went cold. Brick’s mission, should he accept it, is to find out who the gun was checked out by or stolen as the case may be.
GH Spoilers: Martin Gray’s New Information
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) has new information for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) as Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) looks on.
Finn asks verification of Martin that he found something that might help the defense-and they need all the help they can get. Finn’s malpractice trial is coming up soon and he’s been really worried about it.
The doctor who treated Dennis Muldoon (uncast) in Beecher’s Corners couldn’t testify due to conflicts of interest, she could only discuss hypotheticals.
General Hospital Spoilers: Attorneys Are Arguing
Elsewhere, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) are dining together as the attorneys are arguing. Robert gets riled up as he asks Diane if she’d be offended if he won?
They are talking about Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) upcoming court date and he’s the prosecutor, Diane’s defending Sonny.
Since Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) got fired, she can’t keep up her end of the deal she made with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to drop the charges against Sonny. It sounds like the charges will stand since Cyrus was unarmed and Sonny beat the crap out of him!
GH Spoilers: Second Tries
At Kristina’s apartment, it looks like she and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) may have read the at home pregnancy test wrong. They thought Kristina was pregnant, but now that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) is there Molly’s talking about second tries-and more.
She tells them when they’re ready, they can try again-what else would she be talking about? There’s always a chance that the test was wrong or taken too early, but since TJ the doctor is there, he probably looked at the test.
Artificial insemination doesn’t always work on the first try and the test must have shown Kristina is not pregnant.
General Hospital Spoilers: Urgent Requests
It’s obvious Laura Collins (Genie Francis) took to heart what Heather Webber (Alley Mills) told her about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). She’s at the PCPD telling Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) they have to arrest Esme before she does something terrible!
Heather told Laura that Esme wanted revenge on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and also on Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Laura, Dante and Chase will make an alarming discovery-Esme knocked Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) out at the Invader office. They’ll find him unconscious and Esme gone with a laptop and Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) credit card missing.
GH Spoilers: Friendly Advice
Elsewhere, Sonny and Alexis are having drinks as he gives her some friendly advice; she asks Sonny if he knows something she doesn’t? They could be talking about Esme as well, as Ava may have told him about Nikolas running off with Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) and Esme freaking out.
Sonny hasn’t ever had the most positive opinion of Nikolas, especially after he abandoned Spencer as a child. Alexis will soon find out and Sonny may too what has taken place at the Invader office.
