General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE Monday, October 2: Expectations, Desperation, Well-Deserved Warnings

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, October 2 tease expectations, desperation and well-deserved warnings. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) lets someone know his expectations were met, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is desperate for answers, and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) gets a well-deserved warning.

Sonny’s on the phone with someone letting them know his expectations were met. He tells the person on the other end that’s exactly what he wanted them to do.

Sonny’s got a lot of irons in the fire with his planned elopement, trying to solve Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) problems and trying to find out who’s disloyal at Pentonville. Plus he’s got plans to deal with Gladys and she’s not going to like what those plans are.

Sonny’s going to be one busy boy since he wants to elope with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) right away and handle all these other situations as well. But Sonny’s on it, and at least that one plan is going forward according to the way he planned.

GH Spoilers: Unwelcome Visitor

Gladys gets an unwelcome visitor when she observes Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) picking her lock to get in the door of “her” place. Sam will remind her it’s not her place, it’s Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson)!

Gladys is indignant as she exclaims, “exactly what do you think you’re doing?” Sam is there to make sure Gladys is brought to justice for what she’s done to Sasha, even though Gladys will continue to lie about it. Just wait till the next visitor comes calling!

General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Collins Is Insistent

Laura was beyond pleased when Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) banker in Geneva, Switzerland provided her and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) proof Nikolas is alive.

They just missed each other and the banker reprimanded Nikolas, telling him to make things right-he plans to. Kevin will tell Laura that Nikolas doesn’t want to be found, but the proof of his being alive is something.

But Laura is insistent, and tells Kevin that she’s not giving up her search. She wants her son where she can feel and see and interact with him, not just see a paper trail of withdrawals of large sums of money!

General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Cassadine Confers With Martin Grey

Elsewhere, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) confers with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Valentin is very serious and obviously very worried as he tells Martin that Charlotte’s future depends upon their conversation today.

Valentin doesn’t know that Charlotte’s tarot cards are from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) unless they are some he recognized and he was playing along.

Victor had sent Charlotte the cards when he had her in a boarding school and blackmailing Valentin to work for him. But he hasn’t seen the letter that came with the cards-or he’d be even more worried.

GH Spoilers: Desperation

Elsewhere, Anna has suspicions as she talks to Jordan Ashford, (Tanisha Harper) saying desperate times call for desperate measures. Might she be talking to Jordan about getting a warrant to retrieve the footage from the Metro Court servers via cyber forensics?

Laura will soon be taking her mayor’s office again so Jordan will be more involved with police business. She has to find out who’s targeting her and who quite possibly wants her dead but the server was scrubbed when she asked Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) to look.

General Hospital Spoilers: Well-Deserved Warnings

Meanwhile, Sam is giving Gladys a well-deserved warning as she continues spreading lie after lie, even accusing Sam of having an affair with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) once Sonny walks in!

Sam tells Gladys she doesn’t think that’s going to end well for her, and Sonny will put her on the hot seat once Sam leaves. Sonny told Nina when Nina told him everything about what Gladys was doing to Sasha and stealing her money he’d handle it.

Well, Sonny has come to handle it and Gladys is shaking in her designer boots paid for by Sasha’s money! Sasha tried to talk Gladys into testifying against Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) her gambling buddy doctor but instead, she called the cops on her!

GH Spoilers: I’ll Be Seeing You

Meanwhile, at Ferncliff, Montague makes what sounds like a veiled threat as he tells Sasha, still in Ferncliff but not restrained or drugged, she’ll see him around town again.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had gone to Ferncliff to reassure Sasha everything was under control-he’d also previously gotten warrants for information on Montague.

Montague may talk a big brave game but he’s going down and he likely knows it-unless he tries to throw Gladys under the bus. Gladys might pull him under the bus with her if Sonny leans on her hard enough.

General Hospital Spoilers: Making Plans

Sasha responds to Montague’s veiled threat of seeing him around town again with one of her own, saying she plans to do just that!

She’s livid but she’s also empowered, and Montague if anyone should know what she’s capable of when she’s mad, even not on drugs. What should he expect-ambushed with a parking sign, or run off the road?

Better yet, just let Sonny take care of Montague-maybe disappear him in the Pine Barrens. Sasha knows better than to attack him or chase him with her car but it doesn’t mean she might not suggest it.
