General Hospital Spoilers: As the FBI Zeroes in on Dante, Will Michael Offer Up Too Many Details?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has come under suspicion recently when the FBI’s case against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was swiftly tanked.

Sonny’s plan to use Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) to smoke out his enemy is well underway, and the feds are trying to make sense of his odd coffee shipment on the pier in the middle of the night.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Being shown up by the mobster is not what they had in mind, and they’re looking for answers as to how it happened. How could Sonny have possibly known he was going to be targeted by the FBI before it happened?

The truth sounds stranger than fiction, but no one will bother giving it to them anyway. Instead, they’re going to turn their focus toward Dante — who was there to support his dad in the courtroom, despite how it looked.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Tried to Send Him Packing

Sonny was touched by Dante’s appearance at his court hearing, but he knew better than to expect him to stick around. Yet he did. Some fans think the tension between father and son has fizzled since Sonny was presumed dead while he was off in Nixon Falls suffering from amnesia.

Dante may not have lost his father, but for nearly a year, he thought he did. That may have been enough to convince him that he didn’t want to continue on with their relationship the way it was. When Sonny told him he didn’t need to stay for the hearing, Dante was quick to let him know there was nowhere else he would rather be.

GH Spoilers Tease Mac and Chase Weigh the Options

When the FBI presented Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) with the question of who could be feeding Sonny information, it’s not likely that Dante crossed either of their minds. They hold him in far too high of regard to ever suspect him of doing that. But that doesn’t mean it’ll be easy to point the finger of blame in anyone else’s direction in the interest of taking the heat off of their fellow officer.

General Hospital Spoilers — Make It Make Sense

Mac may try to impress upon the federal agents that Dante has been an upstanding police officer all of these years and it makes no sense that he would suddenly break the rules for his father. The FBI may dredge up Dante’s past with WSB in the interest of twisting his arm into a confession they’re seeking.

The feds won’t be happy with being shown up, and they’re not just going to pack it in and forget about this. Someone has to pay. If Sonny can’t offer up the information that reveals Betty was the real source of the cooked information he covertly planted for her, then how will he be able to protect his son without forsaking his daughter, Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola)?

Will Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) feel pressure to put himself on the chopping block to deflect from his innocent brother and sister? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
