General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, September 6 tease coincidences, suspicions, and life or death situations!

Sam Mc Call (Kelly Monaco) asks if something’s a coincidence, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has suspicions and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is still in a life or death situation.

General Hospital Spoilers: Well-Meaning Warnings

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) looks worried and frightened as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) gives her a well-meaning warning.

Alexis can’t help but be blunt as she tells her that if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) goes to prison, Nina will be vulnerable to attack by Sonny’s mob rivals.

Not just her, but any of Sonny’s family and friends could be targets, without Sonny’s presence in Port Charles protecting them.

Nina certainly didn’t count on something like this happening when she fell in love with Sonny and accepted his marriage proposal.

Violations of the National Security Act aren’t easy to beat, Sonny couldn’t even get bail.

GH Spoilers: Hopeful Parents

Elsewhere, Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) are hopeful their surrogacy deal with Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) will hold up.

Molly appears to be talking to Andrea as she asks “are you sure you want to go through with this?” TJ and Molly have their hopes up, but as with any surrogacy deal, things could go wrong-the surrogate mother could change her mind about the pregnancy or giving up the baby.

Then where would they be with their hopes and dreams?

General Hospital Spoilers: Coincidences

It’s likely at Ferncliff where Sam notes to someone “What a coincidence, running into you again? Sam was going to go and check on Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and it sounds like she’s collided with Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) again.

Perhaps she doesn’t have a full cup of coffee this time but these collisions are becoming a habit!

Will Sam see Montague with a large syringe on the way to someone’s room? If she and Cody don’t act quickly worse things could happen.

GH Spoilers: Suspicions

As Anna follows Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) she has suspicions as she mutters “something’s off”. Anna became suspicious after Valentin was caught in a lie about handling an emergency at ELQ during the time her house was set on fire.

It’s a tough call for Anna, not being sure she can trust someone she previously would have trusted her life with. Does she suspect something’s off with Valentin, or is someone following her too?

General Hospital Spoilers: Life Or Death Situations

At Ferncliff, Montague is in Sasha’s room with a huge syringe, and Sasha backs away, fearing for her life.

Montague sounds like he’s making a real death threat, telling her this is not the end for her until he says it is!

Sasha is helpless, with any nurse that voices suspicions about her treatment being reassigned or fired, even though help is just around the corner if Cody plays it right.

What will he do to Sasha this time, is that shot enough to put her in a coma?

It’s definitely a life and death situation for Sasha until someone is able to free her. But it looks to be a difficult process!

GH Spoilers: A Little Too Much Drama?

Elsewhere in Ferncliff, Cody appears to be playing it up and putting on perhaps too good a show, as Sam feared he might.

He could be in a straitjacket or cuffed to the bedrails, which is not going to help him get to Sasha! He’s shouting at the top of his lungs, he doesn’t want to be there, and to let him go!

But that’s not going to help him help Sasha, even if he’s trying to get past the evaluation period without being released.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Falconeri Loses It At Aurora

Back at Aurora Media, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) sits behind his desk being verbally battered by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who suspects Michael changed his mind and turned Sonny in. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) thought the same thing when Sonny was arrested by the FBI at the Metro Court at the same time the raid went down at the docks.

This type of questioning probably would get Dante fired at the PCPD!

Dante loses it as he appears to be trying to coerce a confession out of Michael. He shouts at him to just admit he did it!
