The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers: The week of October 16, 2023 Brings A 70s Star
Fans of the CBS soap know that there’s a fierce fashion face-off coming to the runway! Two Forrester Creations honchos are duking it out on paper to see who reigns supreme among dressmakers.
In one corner is Eric Forrester (John McCook) and in the other is his son Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
This story has all the elements of good drama: father vs. son, wisdom vs. youth, a family having to take sides resulting in divided loyalties. Eric is the founder of FC and is suffering a debilitating illness (that may or may not have been correctly diagnosed—it’s a soap!).
Eric wants to prove his top dog status once and for all and his cocky son Ridge is opposing him every step of the way, demanding he retire to the pickle ball court and protesting the diamonds and lace he’s ordering.
They are designing separate lines and will face-off to determine who is the alpha of all time: GOAT.
Now, the fun is ratcheted even higher with the inclusion of none other than Marie Osmond into the plot. Is there anything an Osmond family member can’t make more fun?
