General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE Monday, March 13: Anticipation, Encouragement, Proposals

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, March 13 tease anticipation, encouragement and proposals in Port Charles. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) anticipates a blow up, Ava Jerome (Maura West) encourages, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has a proposal.

General Hospital Spoilers: Anticipation

At the Metro Court, Laura updates Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about the latest in the efforts to solve Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) murder and take down Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). She tells Felicia she thinks things are just about to blow up for Victor, after getting her duplicitous deputy mayor on their side. Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) told them what she knew about Victor’s plans and tried to seduce some more out of him, but things went flat.

But the pieces of the takedown plan are coming together, and Victor’s bound to make a mistake with all his distraction. He’s lost his son (he thinks) and his grandnephew is missing and he can’t even keep Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) on his side.

GH Spoilers: Angry Outburst

At General Hospital, Victor is showing he’s losing control as she grabs Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) arm and tells her they’re finished when he says they’re finished! He thinks she knows where Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is and she’s not telling him, and he’s probably not happy she told what she knew to the PCPD. Victor best be hoping Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) isn’t around to see him grab Elizabeth like that. Finn tends to throw people down staircases who hurt people he cares about.

General Hospital Spoilers: Foot In Mouth Disease

At the Quartermaine stables, Cody Bell suffers another bout of foot in mouth disease when he lies to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) again. The paternity test he lied about previously fell out of his pocket and Mac picked it up and Cody says it’s a blood donation receipt. Later, he’ll come clean to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who’ll tell him to come clean to Mac.

He’s sure Mac will understand, seeing Cody has such a low opinion of himself not feeling worthy to be his son. Cody just seems to dig himself deeper into holes, telling Mac he’s the last person he should be helping.

GH Spoilers: Encouragement

Back at the Metro Court, Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been catching up. Nina had confided overhearing that Drew and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had been keeping their romance a secret, and thought she knew why. She’d overheard that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) had threatened to turn them into the SEC over the failed ELQ/Aurora Media merger that caused Carly to lose the Metro Court. Ava knows Nina has wanted a way to get back at Carly for her lies about her daughters, and encourages her to go for it. She tells her isn’t this what she wants-what is she waiting for?

General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain Has A Proposal

At the Quartermaine mansion, no sooner than he thinks he’s talked Ned into going along with his plan, Drew’s on the phone with a proposal he wants to run by them. Drew mentioned getting Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) ELQ stocks, who everyone thinks is dead, but Laura administrates them for Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain). He may be running the proposal to Laura, who’ll be put on the spot.

She is one of the few who know Valentin’s alive and she probably won’t go along with his idea. He may have to think of something else.

GH Spoilers: Mother-Daughter Talk

Back at the Spencer house, Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) continue their mother-daughter talk about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and his getting out of the mob. Carly had told Josslyn that wasn’t as easy to do and usually people get killed out of the mob. Josslyn tells her that Dex is willing to do what it takes. They have no idea that right then Dex and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are in trouble.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dangerous Dilemma

At one of Sonny’s warehouses on the docks, he and Dex are in a dangerous dilemma after Dex spotted a sniper who took a shot at Sonny.  Dex pushed him on the floor and out of danger. But if they don’t get out of there they’re sitting ducks, as that sniper surely has more bullets.

Dex tells Sonny the longer they stay there the worse their chances. They have to make a run for safety.
