General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE Tuesday, February 7: Friendly Concern, Doubtful Plans, Deadly Outcomes

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease friendly concern, doubtful plans and deadly outcomes! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shows friendly concern, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) doubts a plan, and there appears to be a deadly outcome for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

General Hospital Spoilers: Friendly Concern

Drew and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are at Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) engagement party at The Savoy. It looks like Drew, who was once very involved with Elizabeth and her boys when he was still amnesiac Jake Doe are talking about Cameron Webber (William Lipton).  Drew shows friendly and fatherly type concern as he asks Elizabeth if she’s sure he knows she’s there for him.

Elizabeth is obviously thinking about her prior conversation with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and her considering turning herself in for being an accomplice to kidnapping. She looks away as she asks what if she can’t be-will she confide the truth to Drew as well?

GH Spoilers: A Frank Discussion

At Kelly’s, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has a frank discussion with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews). Jordan can’t look him in the eye when he asks her why she’s so concerned about needing to protect Curtis her ex. It’s certain she is worried about protecting Taggert as well, because of her suspicions that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is Curtis’ and not Taggert’s.

She’s been nagging Portia for months about coming clean but Portia won’t admit anything – Stella Henry (Vernée Watson) is suspicious too, and is doubtful about performing their wedding ceremony. It doesn’t help that when Portia and Curtis first reconnected that he came out and asked her if Trina was his and she denied it.

General Hospital Spoilers: Bad News

Meanwhile, Curtis approaches Portia during their engagement party at The Savoy with some bad news – he says there’s been a slight hitch. It sounds like perhaps Stella has indeed backed out of performing their ceremony and they’ll have to find someone else at almost the last minute. Their wedding is supposed to take place on Friday and that’s only a few days away.

That’s enough to make a bride to be get pre-wedding jitters- of the type that cause doubt the ceremony will happen. They’ll have to think quick to find a replacement.

GH Spoilers: Doubtful Plans

Valentin is doubtful about the takedown plan Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) is telling him concerning his father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). In fact, he tells her that her plan will never work on his father. Since returning from Paris, he, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) have been playing dead, with their deaths in a catacomb explosion being publicized. This is temporary of course, with many loved ones and trusted friends being in on it.

General Hospital Spoilers: Trust Not Misplaced

Victor, in the meantime is talking to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) elsewhere and pleased with his decision to trust him. He smiles and tells a serious looking Spencer that he knew he was right to put his trust in him. It looks like Spencer has been plotting with Victor against Nikolas.

Perhaps all of them, Victor, Spencer and Ava Jerome (Maura West) are in cahoots-after all, Victor had called Nikolas a liability recently. And, he sought to cut his losses.

GH Spoilers: Confirmed A Go

Meanwhile, back at Kelly’s, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confirms one plan was apparently a go as she smiles and tells someone on the phone “mission accomplished”. She was trying to accomplish a family mission of getting Spencer and Nikolas to kiss and make up, so to speak. Spencer refused to tell her what he was holding over his father’s head as he didn’t want her involved in it. She’d wished she’s stayed on Cassadine Island and raised Nikolas herself.

General Hospital Spoilers: Deadly Outcome

At Wyndemere, it looks like perhaps a deadly outcome for Nikolas, as Ava is down on the floor checking the wound on the side of his head. He’s out cold and possibly worse after he threatened to kidnap Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) with the help of Victor and his contacts. But someone else has shown up at the door and apparently sees the scene, as Ava looks up in shock.

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will render assistance, but he was following Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) after trying to call Ava with a heads-up. The outcome will depend on who gets there first, Mason or Austin-there may be two bodies!
