They talk about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hiring Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) but Ric could hint that Willow might be going off the rails again.

That’s because Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) asked Ric about a battered woman defense for Willow—just in case.
Ric heard alarm bells and worried about what Willow is up to—going after Drew or Michael?
He can’t spill too much due to attorney-client privilege but lawyers know that there are ways to massage words.
Thus, Ric could divulge enough for Alexis to understand that Nina has qualms about Willow which would scare Alexis in part due to her granddaughter being around Nina.

Will we see Alexis warn Willow to keep her nose clean? Alexis is Willow’s lawyer and if she delivers a veiled warning, Willow could assume that Alexis knows she was the shooter.
Alexis could also come right out and say that she knows Willow shot Drew since this has been clawing at her conscience.
