General Hospital star Haley Pullos’ life has changed in ways that no one could have ever imagined this time last year. The actress is no longer on the show and is facing several years behind bars for a horrible car accident gone wrong. Here are just some tragic details about Haley’s life.
General Hospital: Tragic Details About Haley Pullos
The daytime television star has been charged with one felony count of DUI that caused injury and one felony count for having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. The person who was hit in the other car, Courtney Wilder, has filed a lawsuit against the actress. However, Haley has pled not guilty for both counts. It was reported back in May that Haley was driving on the wrong side on a freeway in Pasadena back on April 29th. When she swerved her car, she flew over the dividing barrier and into oncoming traffic. She collided head-on with another car that was going 60 mph. What’s more, authorities on the scene also found edibles and mini-bottles of tequila. The person that was in the other car ended up in the hospital with serious injuries.
Back in July, it was confirmed that Haley was fired from the show. It was Brooke Anne Smith’s brother, Scott Smith, who let the cat out of the bag about Haley’s status on the show. In a Facebook post, he said that his sister Brooke is a permanent recast as the new Molly and that Haley is not coming back.

In September, Haley was slammed for her inappropriate court appearance. Haley made an appearance in court on August 30th in connection with the felony charges that she faces for the car crash that she allegedly caused back in April. In new photos that were obtained by the Daily Mail, Haley definitely looked like she came straight out of the set of a daytime television soap when she appeared in court. She wore a very tight, form-fitting outfit that she accessorized with a matching green pendant, white heels and manicured white nails. She was also on crutches, much to the surprise of everyone.
She also seemed to show no remorse. That’s because she was once again spotted wearing a very inappropriate outfit to court. So far Haley herself has not made any comments about the matter.
