General Hospital News: Fans Are Not Happy With Adam Huss Returning

General Hospital fans are just not feeling it. Now that it’s been announced that Adam Huss is returning to Port Charles to reprise his role as Nikolas Cassadine (once again), it seems like General Hospital viewers feel very conflicted by the move. That’s because they either want Nikolas to stay on for good or just not be on the soap at all. That, and they would like to see Adam on a full-time contract if he plans to continue playing the role. Of course, many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Many of them have taken to X (formerly Twitter) to respond with, “General Hospital needs to get off the pot as far as Adam Huss as Nikolas. Either put him on contract or let him go. Sporadic appearances are for C characters. Nikolas is not a type of character that should pop in and out,” along with, “Roles that were considered not recastable have sometimes been recast very successfully but #GH hasn’t had that success with Nikolas. I do believe someone other than Tyler can play the role but none of the recasts so far have worked for me and Huss feels like a placeholder.”

Another critic wrote, “Well now that we’re solidified to never get TC back *may he RIP*…..I don’t care if it’s Huss or Coloma who plays this character, just make him stay in one place and raise his son and mend things with the older son.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Yes. He deserves to be on contract. He’s giving us this complicated character back. Keep him, but shave that damn mustache.”

General Hospital News: What’s Next For Adam Huss?

Now, as far as how long Adam will be in Port Charles this time around remains to be seen. As well know, anything can still happen.
