The Young and the Restless: How Old Is Courtney Hope?

The Young and the Restless fans certainly want to know all there is to know about actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap. One of the things that they would like to know for sure is how old she is and what she’s been up to. Here’s what you need to know.

The Young and the Restless: How Old Is Courtney Hope?

How old is The Young and the Restless Courtney Hope? Currently, she is 34 years old. She was born on August 15, 1989. Her co-star Mark Grossman is 36 while Sharon Case is 52. Actor Joshua Morrow is 49.

Back over the summer, the actress said that she was absolutely devastated when she first found out that Sally would lose her baby. She even admitted that she cried a little bit. Courtney put it this way, “I really wanted her to have this baby. Many people say if you have a baby and you’re happy, then there’s no story. But I feel there’s so much drama with a baby and I just really wanted Sally to have that moment. Hopefully maybe one day she will, but I was devastated only because I was really excited to see her as a mom.”

When asked about the challenges of this storyline, she said, “Oh, my whole body was wrecked. In general, my body is very sensitive and my nervous system is very vulnerable, too, so I knew that I would have to have a big self-care week during that week [of scenes]. I made sure that I ate properly because when I get stressed or my body gets stressed, I don’t eat.”

The Young and the Restless: What’s Next For Courtney Hope?

Courtney Hope was in a relationship with her The Young and the Restless co-star Mark Grossman (Adam Newman). Even though they never said anything about their romance, it was pretty clear to fans that they were a couple. They often shared photos of one another on their social media pages. They even took a vacation together to Mexico. And then suddenly Courtney wiped Mark from all of her Instagram pics, indicating that the two of them might have broken up. Luckily, it does seem like the two of them are now on friendly terms which is a good thing seeing how they also work with each other on a daily basis.

Off screen, Courtney seems to be living her best life. She’s taking care of herself, she’s working out, she’s spending time with her family and friends, and of course, also taking in all of the Taylor Swift songs she can at concerts. After she attended Taylor’s concert in Los Angeles earlier this month, Courtney shared a photo on Instagram and captioned it with, “The love, the glitter, the joy, the tears of appreciation, the authenticity, the kindness, the energy and the connectedness was unmatched. My era of joy, unconditional love and peace runs so deep and I’ve never been happier.”
