General Hospital Spoilers: Scott Comes Through For Lucy, Gives Her Dirt On Tracy!
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) finally comes through for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). He gives her much needed reassurance she won’t lose Deception Cosmetics, and much needed dirt on Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) she can use in court.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Scott has been around Port Charles for longer than the Quartermaines have, and he has personal knowledge that Tracy has committed a laundry list of crimes.
He tells Lucy that the trick has been to find proof of one where the statute of limitations has not run out on. He could have charged her with assault many different times in the past for slapping him although he declined to press charges-all she’d have done is get them dropped.

Scott has been looking for serious crimes that she hasn’t already been tried for or there haven’t been warrants for, something to make her drop her lawsuit. Blackmailing Tracy with something might be the pot calling the kettle black, but for right now it’s all he and Lucy can think of.
GH Spoilers: Scott Baldwin Discovers A Warrant Is Still Good
Scott is really surprised when he discovers a warrant only three years old is still good-Tracy had framed Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for driving drunk then fled the country.
She’s been back several times with that warrant intact and she’d been arrested the time she came back when Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) died.
The only problem is that Alexis refused to testify and that’s all they had and had to drop the case-however, apparently Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) didn’t void the warrant. Scott tells Lucy he will try persuading Alexis to threaten to testify and revive the case against Tracy-even just a threat and proof of a still active warrant might do it.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sounds Like A Plan That Might Work
Lucy admits it sounds like a plan that might work-nothing she’s done so far has shut Tracy down or gotten her to change her mind.
But she has another piece of information that might help too, if she can convince Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to testify her grandmother blackmailed her into committing corporate espionage.
She tells Scott that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) just fired Brook Lynn for giving the proprietary files on The Deceptor she downloaded from Maxie’s computer to Tracy. All Scott can do when he hears that is say wow-that tops “dysfunctional” by a thousand miles for the Quartermaine family.
But then, what can one expect from a woman who withheld her father’s heart medication, causing him to have a heart attack and later committed him to Shadybrook. More recently, she tried to do the same thing to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) put a swift stop to that!
