As many DOOL fans know, actress Jen Lilley recently returned to reprise the role, but only for a short time. But seeing how there was so much chemistry between Theresa and other characters like Xander Kiriakis, some fans can’t help but wonder if the producers of DOOL would consider recasting the character altogether. There’s a very slim chance that Jen Lilley will come back to Days of Our Lives anytime soon. It was hard enough to even bring her back as she wasn’t very eager to return to her soap roots. But with that said, many DOOL fans believe that Theresa deserves to have a place in Salem right now and better yet, a storyline of her own.
It goes without saying that many Days of Our Lives fans have had a lot to say about the chemistry between Theresa and Xander. Some have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter with, “Theresa and Xander’s back and forth was fabulous. Another Days of Our Lives fan wrote, “I do enjoy the snarkiness that JL provides as Theresa. She has a bit of an attitude that makes her fun. So it was nice to see, even if she is only on for a short amount of time. I like Brandon Barash, but with Camila Banus/Gaby leaving, I wonder what will he have to do unless he mixes it up with Theresa down the line.”
