General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE Tuesday, May 30: Second Tries, Hidden Agendas, Family Agreement

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, May 30 tease second tries, hidden agendas and family agreement-we should note Monday, May 29 there is a rerun due to Memorial Day. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) begins his second try, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) shares a hidden agenda, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) share a family agreement.

General Hospital Spoilers: Second Tries

Curtis begins his second try with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) who he’s moving in with but staying in the guest room to start. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is concerned as he tells her he’s got two choices-to give up or give in. Curtis wanted Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) back and she wants him too, but advised him to decide who he really wants before they take anything further.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) also advised him to try with Portia who he’s legally married to before moving on with Jordan. The advice has stuck, as Curtis is giving things a second try with Portia.

GH Spoilers: Welcoming Arms

Portia shows up with welcoming arms although her arms might be waiting a while before Curtis wants to be in them! It’s a tentative first step on a second chance and he told her there were no promises. Portia will surely give it her best shot at trying to win Curtis back. Still, she probably shouldn’t get really excited at the reconciliation as long as he sleeps in the guest room.

General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn Jacks And Trina Robinson Catch Up

At General Hospital, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) catch up, as Trina waits on the DNA results from the paternity test. Joss is there for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) who is having her bone marrow transplant. Joss is probably updating Trina on her relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) since that seems to be all she thinks about these days.

She tells Trina that she has another option, perhaps thinking about another way to turn Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in. That way she thinks that Dex will be safe.

GH Spoilers: Happy News

At the Collins house, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) appears to have gotten some happy news as he talks to someone on the phone. He tells the person on the other end it’s funny how your life can change in an instant. More than likely, he’s updating someone on him and Trina, it could possibly be Cameron Webber (William Lipton). No doubt even he has heard about the near catastrophe in Greenland and would be glad his friends are safe.

General Hospital Spoilers: Hidden Agendas

It would seem that Diane has a hidden agenda as she talks to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) over lunch at the Metro Court. She tells him she has all the confirmation they will need, making it sound like either a sting or perhaps talking about the SEC case. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is the main person of interest who Carly believes, as well as Drew, called in the whistleblower report.

Or is she working against Sonny now, who she once defended, and talking to Robert about the Department of Justice sting? Someone isn’t saying everything she knows!

GH Spoilers: Drew Cain Catches Up With Family

Drew, in the meantime is catching up with family-not the Quartermaines, he’s about had his fill of them! He’s visiting his ex-wife Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and their daughter Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante). Sam, who founded Aurora Media with Drew when they were still married, would be aware of the SEC case against Drew and Carly. Of course she wants to help, but Drew tells her the less she knows, the better.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Reeves Encourages Olivia Quartermaine

Back at the Metro Court, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) encourages Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), telling her there’s only one way to find out. Nina had told Olivia what she’d heard when Diane was at Sonny’s penthouse with them, about the SEC case being a way to get at Sonny for the Justice Department. They’re sitting at the bar and Olivia keeps looking at Diane and Robert discussing things over lunch.

Nina’s pushing Olivia to go over and ask them about the case, although it’s doubtful either one will tell her anything. Nina’s trying to keep herself from being exposed as the whistleblower in the meantime.

GH Spoilers: Family Agreement

Back at the hospital, Sonny is with Carly and they confer in private; he’s there for Willow like the rest of the family. It’s likely that hopes and prayers for the bone marrow transplant to work is what he’s talking about when he tells her they all agree on that. Sonny has kept pushing Carly to save herself and flip on him because he knows what to do. The only thing is, he may not have Diane’s loyalty to him anymore to get him out of his consequences if she does that!
