But at the same time, they’ve never spoken about their relationship, the status of their relationship, or provided any details of said relationship.
With that said, many eagle-eyed fans have noticed that it’s been a long time since Sharon and Mark have shared an Instagram photo together. Instead, his latest photo was with his co-star Courtney Hope. This has a lot of fans believing that something must be going on behind the scenes, if you can catch our drift here! Of course, there’s also the chance that they could just be very good friends.

Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have taken to their social media accounts to weigh in on the matter. So far Sharon Case has not made any comments about the matter, but nor has Mark Grossman or Courtney Hope, either. Seeing how Mark and Sharon were so secretive about their romance to begin with, there’s a very good chance that they won’t say anything about their current status and whether or not they’ve broken up, too.
