Needless to say, many The Young and the Restless fans have taken to their social media accounts to weigh in on the chemistry between Chelsea and Billy. Some comments have included, “I think Chelsea has been running down other people because she’s unhappy. She once told Billy he needs to grow up. Now that he has she is complaining.
