And that’s not just because Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) shot and killed her son Finn (Tanner Novlan), but also because this might set the stage for yet another reunion between Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Is that the road B&B writers are hoping to take? Well, it depends on who you ask. Here’s what you need to know.

As many fans know by now, Finn was caught in the crossfire just when Sheila pulled a gun at Steffy. As a result, the young handsome doctor died and Sheila even shot Steffy just to keep her quiet! And while there’s a very good chance that Sheila will try to get away with this cold blooded murder, fans are certainly not happy that Finn is now gone.
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both The Bold and the Beautiful fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter. Many of them wrote, “It’s too bad they didn’t develop Finn more, which I thought was going to happen. If they were going to revive the triangle, there was no reason to bring in Finn or Sheila. Finn was more of a man that Liam will ever be, and writers hate to tell you, but Steffy has outgrown Liam,” along with, “Steffy needs a strong partner, and it ain’t Liam. Wyatt would be a good match, but she needs someone more mature and distinguished, like that Leo guy who was on a few years ago.”
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Was Getting Rid Of Finn A Bad Move?
Another fan wrote, “This was a bad move getting rid of Finn. There were other actors they could have written out, mainly Paris and Zende.”
That said, a lot of people can’t help but wonder what’s in store for Steffy now that the love of her life has passed away. Could this mean that the door might be open for yet another reunion with her ex, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)? Watch this space.

It’s tragic that they killed Finn off i enjoyed Finn and Steff together please don’t have Steff and Liam together again he’s the most wishy-washy person on the show let him stay with Hope they’re both boring. Steffy was more of a woman with Finn and she doesn’t need a man in her life to define her at least not a weak one

If this people are not smart enough to figure out it was Sheila they really are stupid. For what reason would Deacon shoot them? Steffy is probably going to be in a coma for months.

It’s terrible and horrible that this scenario is happening! Just as the way Donna was written out of Forrester was despicable! At least they keep Donna in as the babysitter. Writing out Paris would have been a great, much better, move, with Flo and Katie taking over her job. As for Finn, he should have been made a mainstay – at last Steffy had a guy suited to her just as Hope has Liam who’s suited to Hope! Writers could have developed a unique story around Finn’s real bio-parents other than what they did. Amnesia could have been developed in Finn after the shooting to keep his character alive and interesting. Writers you must rethink killing off Finn. Maybe have him come back after a near-death experience, even if the actor who plays Finn is changed!
Even Bridget couldn’t save Finn? Didn’t want this to happen…. know “Steffy” (Wood) will be off on maternity leave, they had to find a way to take her out for a while but this???? Not happy. Sheila has to go! Taylor needs to go back to school to learn how to be a psychiarist…
We stopped getting this soap on CBS due to SOCCER, so many missed episodes!
How do we know Finn actually died????? They never really showed him dying in the hospital.
I certainly how they don’t plan to bring back the over used Hope / Liam / Steffy triangle. When are they going to realize they need new writers and should fire themselves from writing.
Do NOT put Liam back with Steffy or his mother-in-law, Brooke. There have already been too many incestuous relationships on this soap and it’s getting a bit old…Brooke with father-in-law Eric, brother-in-law Thorne, son-in-law Deacon, Steffy with Bill Spencer and Liam…it’s disgusting. Get some new writers please.
Please don’t put steffy back with Liam, steffy and Finn are a power couple I was so upset when he got shot he needs to come back , the show is not the same without Finn!!
