General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 20-24 suggest that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could be on the hook for killing nasty WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is back as PC’s commish and she might want to make a splash with her return.
The weekly preview for July 20 to July 24 shows Anna and WSB Chief Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) in the PCPD interrogation room when she says “Cassius (Faison, Ryan Paevey) had the strongest motive to shoot Cullum that night” and Brennan informs her that Cassius is not the one who shot Cullum.
Anna is Wrong
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) pleaded guilty to shooting Cullum but not everyone believed that. He returned from his imprisonment on the Monday, July 20 episode and reunited with his son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
It was Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) who told Danny that his dad didn’t shoot Cullum, Rocco did. From there Danny ran off to rat out his brother. So much for loyalty.
We understand that Danny was mad that his dad took the fall for Rocco, but that was Jason’s choice.
Danny Squealed
Danny spilled all to Brennan but he noted that there was little to nothing he would do about it. In fact, if Danny had just waited a day or two, he would have found his dad back in PC.
Brennan is WSB
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) fear that the more people who find out what Rocco did, the more likely the chances he goes to jail.
Will Anna make an example of Rocco to show that she is stronger and back in firm charge of the PCPD?
Anna Back at the PCPD
While the shady WSB may have no interest in prosecuting Rocco, the same cannot be said for the valid lawmen. The Port Charles Police Department has an ongoing investigation into Cullum’s shooting.
Thanks to Dante, evidence pertaining to Cullum’s shooting is “lost” but could Danny’s testimony be enough evidence of guilt for an arrest?
Or, if Anna suspects that Dante tampered with evidence to protect his son, would she fire him in disgrace?

Scorching General Hospital spoilers point to Rocco, Dante, and Lulu not being able to relax just yet, there are too many factors in play. Cullum’s shooting was high profile, and the cops will want to nab a suspect.
