Jason, on the other hand, had accused Britt of knowing Anna was captive and keeping it secret, when she could have at least told him, if no one else!
Needless to say, Britt was not the least empathetic towards Anna, and broke up with Jason when he didn’t comply with her wishes to put her in prison!

Anna didn’t want Jason’s relationship to end because of her, even though obviously, if her plans had succeeded it would have, just in a different way!
Jason got rid of the evidence so it wouldn’t be traced back to her, because he knew Anna wasn’t in her right mind-regardless that he didn’t believe she would have gone through with it.
Anna, on the other hand handed in her badge and gun after the incident, and took a personal leave of absence from the PCPD-and she’s in therapy with a doctor there at GH.
Whether she stays with that civilian doctor or is forced into a WSB facility, remains to be seen. But the shots she took at her hallucination were a giant step towards wellness, because it brought her out of an uncomfortable denial of how much help she really needs.
