Lucas And Britt Could Be On Emergency Room Duty When Jack Brennan Is Brought In

Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) revealed he recently filmed with an actor experienced in primetime who had come to General Hospital to play a recast character.
That character, in addition to speculation of a recast Jax or Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) could be with the WSB. Since Jack Wagner may not be available to reprise his character of Frisco Jones, could that be who the recast is playing?
