Jason, who is played by actor Steve Burton, was once a babe magnet in this fictional town of Port Charles. He had incredible chemistry with people like Sam and Britt and no one can forget how Carly used to have her eyes on him.
But something must have changed between then and now and a lot of fans believe that it’s because there hasn’t been any personal growth for the character all.
That’s because he’s still doing what he did five or even ten years ago. All he does is take orders from Sonny Corinthos as his right hand man. But after working for him for so many years, fans would rather see Jason take charge of his own life.
Not only that, but many General Hospital viewers have also been hoping to see Jason grow closer to Danny now that Sam has died. Instead of putting his family first, he is meddling in other people’s business and trying to save Sasha from herself.
General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Jason?
We get that Jason is very loyal to the Corinthos family, but it would be nice for him to start doing things for himself and learning the art of saying no. That would definitely help bring his sexy back.
But whether or not that is actually going to happen, remains to be seen. The General Hospital writers will have to make Jason a man who finally takes charge and not just takes directions from other people. We know that it can happen!

Why can’t the writers at GH rekindle Jason and Elizabeth who were amazing together. They had love and respect passion and fire. Be could have the family he deserves with Danny, Jake, Cam and Aiden. Elizabeth deserves someone who respects her protects her loves her and her boys. They can sti throw in some intrigue and excitement. He needs a life of his own without Carly Sonny Anna Sasha and anyone else in PC who needs to be saved. I stopped watching bc the writers force couples with ZERO chemistry like Drew/Willow and Elizabeth/Lucky. Boring.
I don’t agree on a Jason/Elizabeth pairing romantically. I did not see any spark previously and definitely can’t imagine one after all these years. It sounds nice, but I feel Elizabeth needs someone with a different persona than Jason. Jason is a good person, even tough he has chosen the life he has, and Elizabeth does not fit into that type lifestyle. When Jason returned to canvas the last time, it was suggested he was going to leave the mob life, but he hasn’t. Both Jason/Sonny have mob life in their blood and it will be very hard for either to be 100% removed from mob life style regardless of how much they try. Many will disagree with this statement, but Carly and Sam were the only pairings that actually worked well for Sonny or Jason, until writers decided to tear their relationships apart.
