General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Curiosity, Anna’s Temptation, Anger Boy Argues!
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, July 17 tease curiosity, temptation and anger! Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is curious, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is tempted, and “Anger Boy” Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) argues with John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrison).
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Curiosity
Carly and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) are at the Metro Court, enjoying drinks and chatting near the pool. Carly is curious about Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and wonders why Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) never mentioned him.
Sonny seems to treat Gio like a son or nephew, even though Gio is too young to have been around during Sonny’s Bensonhurst days.
Will Lois be able to shed light on Gio’s connection to Sonny? Will we finally find out the truth about Gio and Sonny’s relationship?
GH Spoilers: Gio’s Update
Gio confides in Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) after Lois presented him with a job opportunity to play with a renowned string quartet in New York City.
He expressed his uncertainty about accepting the offer, and now he’s hinting to Josslyn that he might have overstayed his welcome.
Although he didn’t seem overly enthusiastic about the prospect, he may be realizing that it could open doors for him. However, it’s only a temporary gig to fill in for an injured member of the quartet, not a permanent position.
General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Reeves’ Threat
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) assured Sonny in the Crimson Office that she would vouch for him as a great father in court. If she were to testify against someone, it would most likely be Ava Jerome (Maura West). Nina has already experienced Ava’s betrayal firsthand, so she knows better than to trust her.
It would definitely not be the outcome Nina was expecting if Ava also requested her to testify in her favor regarding her mothering skills! Nina would not mince words so it’s probably Ava she’s telling she will testify against her!
GH Spoilers: Anna’s Temptation
Anna is facing a difficult decision as she grapples with the idea of running away with Valentin and Charlotte Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart, Scarlett Fernandez).
Valentin’s emotional plea and the revelation of his deep involvement with Pikeman have left her torn. She has given him a chance to escape, but it seems he can’t bear to leave her behind.
Will she choose to let go of him, or will she take the risk and go on the run with him? The stakes are high, and the choice is hers to make.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny’s Questions
Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) arrives at Sonny’s place right after a tense encounter with Ava. Sonny calmly asks her, “Do you want me to mediate?” It seems like she may want him to help her reconcile with their daughters, or maybe even with Ava herself.
Sonny’s reaction suggests he’s not surprised, so maybe she’s seeking his assistance in patching things up with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez).
The bottom line is, she’s expressing remorse for her actions – or is it just regret for being exposed by Ava’s leaked recording?
GH Spoilers: Anger Boy Argues!
It’s been a minute since Jason has been called “Anger Boy” but he’s definitely living up to the nickname as he argues with Jagger! Jason finally allows an impatient Jagger into his office, and the conversation immediately turns to a female individual.
Jason expresses his frustration to Jagger, warning him not to trust anything that woman says. However, if Jason is referring to Anna, it’s because he’s upset with her for not handing over Valentin’s satellite phone.
He might be giving her some extra time to complete her task, but his warning would also apply perfectly to Ava!
