General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, December 21 tease unexpected encounters, family fears and defending friends. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has an unexpected encounter, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) expresses family fears, and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) defends a friend.
General Hospital Spoilers: The Grinch That Won’t Wear Christmas Antlers
At the Quartermaine mansion, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) come into conflict because Tracy’s the grinch who won’t join in some Christmas fun.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) stifles a laugh as her mom comes in wearing antlers with Christmas lights, and Lois says she got enough for everyone, pointing right at Tracy!
Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is beside Lois, already wearing hers but Tracy looks at Lois like antennas are coming out of her head, not fun Christmas antlers.
Tracy with Christmas antlers would be quite a sight, and maybe if she’d grow a sense of humor she’d play along. But it sounds like it will turn into an argument, and what’s a Quartermaine Christmas without arguments and conflict?
GH Spoilers: Unexpected Encounters
Meanwhile, at Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) house, her new roommate and former boyfriend Spinelli has an unexpected, and fraught, encounter with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Spinelli blows up at Cody, wanting to know what he’s doing there-Cody’s become quite a good friend to the family, since he won’t admit he’s Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) son.
Spinelli will likely accuse Cody of a lot of intentions that he reads wrongly and misinterprets, thinking either Cody’s putting the make on Maxie or setting the stage for a con. Cody’s been giving James West (Gary James Fuller) horseback riding lessons as well.
General Hospital Spoilers: Family Fears
Elsewhere, Molly expresses her family fears as she sits with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) after getting bad news.
The fertility doctor told them it could be six months or more of preparation for Kristina to be able to be implanted with an embryo, even if using her eggs. She also advised TJ and Molly of everything that could go wrong.
Molly worries to Kristina, saying she’s not sure how much more heartbreak they can stand. Kristina will try to alleviate their fears, possibly trying to come up with a solution to make it go faster.
GH Spoilers: Maxie Jones Brings Up A Sensitive Subject
Back at Maxie’s house, she brings up a sensitive subject considering Cody’s in the house and probably within earshot, unless Spinelli’s drowning her out.
She is talking to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about Mac Scorpio (John J. York) wanting to be a father, asking who wouldn’t want to be Mac’s son? Cody’s been trying to act like a son without admitting he lied about the DNA test they took several months ago.
It’s interesting that she’s bringing up that question-now that Felicia’s working for GH, might she have reason to snoop?
General Hospital Spoilers: Defending Friends
It looks like Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is clapping back against Spinelli and his accusations of Cody, telling someone they’re completely out of line!
She’s angry and defending her friend who is actually becoming more than a friend, although they’re not admitting it. If Spinelli’s old jealousy over “his Maximista” is coming up again it might be better for Cody and Sasha to come clean to him.
Spinelli may do well not to engage Cody in a boxing match like he did Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) that time. Nathan didn’t hurt Spinelli but Cody might wipe the floor with him!
GH Spoilers: Updates
Elsewhere, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is updating Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on the shooter, but Sonny’s not sure the case is solved.
WSB Director John Brennan (Charles Mesure) and Roman Hume (Mark Englehardt) were targeting Sonny and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as well as Jameson Forsyth (uncast) targeted Anna.
But Sonny says whoever was targeting him and Anna is still out there-perhaps they weren’t able to tie the Metro Court shooting to Brennan and Hume. But whoever left that weapon in the Metro Court suite they used as their sniper’s nest was either sloppy or it was a diversion; so Sonny could be right.
