The Young and the Restless Spoilers UPDATE Tuesday, August 15: Nate’s Confession, Jack Proclaims His Innocence

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 15 tease that sibling rivalry is in play when sneaky Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tries to con sneaky Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).

He tells her that his wedding gift to her is from the heart but since they are secretly at war, she has her suspicions. Jack offers her Jabot’s My Beauty, no strings attached.

Ashley is wary and she is right to be, given the dirty underhanded game she is playing with her brother. At the same time, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has them thinking he is on their side but he is a wild card who could turn on either one of them at the drop of a hat.

Will Billy Boy end up surprising everyone by doing the right in the end? It’s possible he goes rogue in the best way possible and blows everyone’s cover to force détente.

That would prove he is not the shadowy screw up he has been most of his life. Miracles can happen!

In the meantime, Ashley and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) have a lot to celebrate in the short run but not for long.

Y&R spoilers: Audra Plays Dirty

Meanwhile, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is desperate to hold onto her power and moves forward with Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) low down idea for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Their plan involves ripping away Adam’s leverage and control.

Which entails Audra hiking up to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) ranch and spilling her guts. She will tell The Mustache about her cover-up of a cover-up when she was at McCall Unlimited and worked for Tucker McCall. Then she’ll spill how Adam is using this to force her hand and do his bidding.

Y&R spoilers: Victor Is Foolproof

Audra acts like the universe’s gift to the business world, tooting her horn and saying she loves Newman Media sooooo much (please don’t fire me!). She paints Adam as a dark force trying to squelch her life’s work. Will Victor buy it?

Victor is p.o.’d about the buried scandal, but pleased that Audra came clean. Within this scenario Audra likely throws Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) under the bus and admits that he’s been in on the whole plan of trying to accomplish the merger to please Adam.

Victor updates Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) so she calls up her Nate and demands an explanation. He has no choice but to confess, admitting that he deceived Victoria but wants her to know that everything he did was for HER.

He trots out the party line that the merger would help avoid redundancies at Newman Enterprises and be good for business in the long run.

Nate apologizes for not being entirely honest but thinks his actions were justifiable. The million dollar question now is, can Victoria trust him?
