The actress, who is best known for her role as Carly Corinthos on the hit ABC soap, apparently lashed out at those critics who think she does nothing more than search her name on social media every day. Is Laura Wright really obsessed with what her critics think about her? That’s what some of her fans want to know. When one fan tweeted that they can’t wait to see what’s next for Carly Corinthos this week on General Hospital, Laura commented with, “Me too!! Haaa. And side note I wasn’t tagged in this and I have no idea why it came up on my feed- although I’m glad it did (for those thinking I search for Carly on Twitter).”
Of course, many of her fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter. Some commented with, “Laura Wright is not the victim when she goes searching in the #GH tag & looks up what people are saying. Not everyone will love her or lick her you know what. If she can’t handle criticism she is in the wrong business,” along with, “How does she know ppl are talking about her researching Carly if she isn’t… yikes embarrassing. She hasn’t been on tv for a week so she’s craving attention.”
Another critic wrote, “The fact she add to add ‘for those thinking I search for Carly on Twitter’ to make people think that isn’t exactly what she did has me WEAK. You would think she grew up and got past comments on social media after what people voiced daily about Wes.”
