General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, April 13 tease desperate doubts, heartfelt thanks, unwilling sacrifices and urgent requests. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) expresses desperate doubts, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) relays heartfelt thanks, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) expresses unwilling sacrifices and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has an urgent request.

General Hospital Spoilers: Plans Interrupted?

Aboard The Haunted Star, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabayana Ali) made a plan for Trina to get to the radio room while Spencer made a distraction. However, their plans may be interrupted as Spencer hears someone coming as he talks to Trina locked in his stateroom alone. Trina thinks getting to the communications room and calling on the radio-if it still works-is their best chance at escape or rescue.

However, they may be in international waters with no friendly vessels close enough for rescue. Venezuela, if that is where Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is headed, is no longer a United States ally.

GH Spoilers: Jordan Ashford Demands Answers

Back at GH, Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) demands answers but tries to be positive. She, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Dante theorize that Trina was with Spencer when he was kidnapped and Victor is suspected of Spencer’s kidnapping. They know that Victor’s henchman, Ambrose (Charles Ambrose) kidnapped Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) after knocking out Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). They also know that Victor is on a boat, although not where he’s headed-Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is frantic about Trina’s fate. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will want to help in the search for Trina, and it may be him who Jordan tells there is something he can do.

General Hospital Spoilers: Desperate Doubts

However, it’s plain that Dante has his doubts where a good outcome is concerned, as he says he wouldn’t be so sure about that. He will reach a grim conclusion when he does more investigation-perhaps thinking Victor would have killed Trina by now. Jordan had also speculated Victor may have abducted Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and removed him from Spoon Island, the investigation into his disappearance on hold.

Victor is not one to carry around dead weight and he’ll eliminate anyone that impedes his progress on whatever plot he’s trying to carry out at the moment. Dante hates to have a negative attitude, for sure, but false hope isn’t good either.

GH Spoilers: Heartfelt Thanks

Back in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) room in the intensive care unit at General Hospital, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) expresses heartfelt thanks. Anna opened her eyes after a major surgery that took hours, it being a risky gamble after losing so much blood. Anna has a rare blood disorder, Polycythemia Vera, and that makes any injury or operation dangerous. Valentin smiles through his tears as he tells Anna “welcome back”.

General Hospital Spoilers: Unwilling Sacrifices

Back on The Haunted Star, Liesl is not holding back about her unwillingness to cooperate with Victor as they have dinner in a formal dining room on the yacht. Victor tells Liesl that sometimes sacrifices have to be made, obviously expecting her to sacrifice her great niece’s life. It is very important to Liesl to save Willow’s life, for her it’s like making amends for not being able to save her daughter Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud).

Liesl remains unwilling to make that kind of sacrifice and Victor will be lucky if he didn’t find something to poison his food with! Perhaps she can find a gaffing hook and kill him the way Britt was killed!

GH Spoilers: Promises Made

Back at Port Charles, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) promises Laura that Victor will be made to pay more than he’s ever paid before! It’s as personal for Sonny as it is for Laura, to make sure Victor is brought to justice even if it’s the Pine Barrens kind. Sonny’s nephew and Laura’s grandson Spencer is missing, his baby brother and Trina, and Liesl, and they’re as sure that Victor has Spencer, Trina and Liesl as they are Ace. Sonny will make sure Victor pays for all of this and more, considering he considers Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) a Victor casualty as well.

General Hospital Spoilers: Urgent Request

Back at the Quartermaine gatehouse, Willow has an urgent request. Since she knows she may not live much longer, she tells Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) she wants to get married today. Michael is likely to be overcome with emotion as he’ll even hear Sonny out about his plans to solve the problem of Victor and the missing Liesl. Willow had planned to get married in the wedding of her dreams after her bone marrow transplant.

Now, thanks to Victor Cassadine, her dream is dead as her future might be. There’s no way they can find another perfect donor on this short of notice.
