And needless to say, both Ridge Forrester and Thomas Forrester are both shocked and stunned as the officers want to talk to Douglas about what might or might not be going on behind closed doors.
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both The Bold and the Beautiful fans and critics to weigh in on this storyline. Many of them wrote, “Ridge is boiling inside in anger I bet. If Brooke did that call, it’s over with them. But she didn’t I bet. Stef might have done it to set her up. To break them up for good. Damn Stef. Be just like her. Hope it was Donna though,” along with, “Like I said, the scene of Brooke having her phone & Thomas staying at the office before heading home might be confusing. If the 2 never called CPS. That Brooke calling Bill/Donna having done that. Or someone heard Ridge/Thomas talk do it. What will Douglas say?”

Another fan wrote, “This looks like Brooke being set up. In yesterday’s episode, Steffy said that the more Brooke pushes with Thomas, the better the chance Ridge ditches her. So could Steffy have made that phone call?? For someone who is so worried about Douglas well being, Brooke is the one who is going to destroy this kid! Douglas is finally happy,but Brooke is only trying to get back at Thomas,and not thinking of the consequences of her actions.”
