General Hospital Spoilers: Victor Turns on Nik — and Someone Helps Him

General Hospital Spoilers tease Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) has had it with Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) childish behavior. Vic has been spending too much time in recent months cleaning up Nikolas’ messes, often because he doesn’t trust Nik to make sure he doesn’t leave a trail of breadcrumbs behind him for the police to follow. That’s just what happened with the fire in Wyndemere’s north tower.

Victor found all the evidence he needed to quickly put two and two together and realize Nikolas had been keeping Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) there. Now, Victor holds all the cards — and they’re stacked against Nikolas. What will he do with them?

General Hospital Spoilers — Ava’s Confession and Vic’s Storage Unit Tell a Story

Victor is clearly interested in Nikolas ending up in trouble more so than he is in protecting him from it. He’s been repairing disaster after disaster for Nikolas, and he’s over it. When Victor had Demetrius (Ari Kappatos) clean and paint the north tower to remove all signs that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was ever there, he wasn’t doing Nik any favors.

Instead, he was gathering more leverage to dangle over Nik’s head and manipulate him. Ultimately, Vic could put Nik away with the mountain of evidence he has on him. Likewise, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) could do the same. She still has Nik’s false confession in her grasp, and there is no way for Nik to prove it isn’t authentic. Vic and Ava could join forces and throw Nik behind bars at any point.

GH Spoilers Suggest Vic Could Lead Liesl to Kill Esme

On the other hand, when Ava originally mentioned the confession recording to Victor, he warned her that trying to use it against Nikolas during the divorce could have the opposite effect and end up blowing up in her face and landing her in a slew of legal drama. That’s still true. It may not be in Ava’s best interest to reveal the confession to the PCPD. However, that doesn’t mean she can’t use the threat of such to hold over Nikolas’ head and make him give her whatever she wants — even if what she wants is Spoon Island and everything on it, sans him.

If Victor still doesn’t believe Ava should turn Nikolas into the police, then he may cozy up to someone else in hopes that they will help in another way. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is furious and grieving. She’s just lost her daughter, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and she holds Esme responsible. Might Victor prey on her wounded heart and coax Liesl into doing Esme in while promising to help her cover it up? Of course, the cover-up would entail framing someone else for Esme’s demise — someone like her baby’s father.

General Hospital Spoilers — Either Way, Nik Goes Down

Regardless of how Victor plays his cards, it’s clear he holds almost all of them. He may be able to encourage Ava to take Nikolas down and put him behind bars. He could also do the same with Liesl. Both roads keep Victor’s hands clean and get him what he wants — Nikolas locked up and unable to control the Cassadine estate.

However, the exchange isn’t that crystal clear. Will such control of the estate default to Victor, or might he have another fight on his hands yet with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez)?
