The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, October 19, reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) gets an epic shock during her marriage ceremony when an unexpected arrival abruptly stops the nuptials.
Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) was at the pre-wedding festivities, but Shirley “Grams” Spectra (Patrika Darbo) couldn’t make it because she’s helping Sally’s great-aunt off-screen.

I think Billy and Sally’s wedding is turning into a complete emotional roller coaster!
Shirley’s surprise arrival is wonderful, but the timing of Jill’s medical crisis couldn’t be worse.
Billy may have to choose between rushing to his mother’s side and staying with Sally as their baby arrives. That’s a heartbreaking position for any new husband and father.
And I can’t help wondering whether Adam will somehow become involved in Sally’s baby emergency.
