Is Agent Baines Getting The Job Done?
But here’s the thing: is he getting the job done right and better yet, is he even suitable for the position that he is in? He certainly does have really big shoes to fill.
Not only that, but it also seems like he’s coming across as someone who is tough as nails and doesn’t take any you-know-what, if you know what we mean. But does he have what it takes to actually survive in the role? That seems to be on everyone’s minds lately.
Clearly, many GH fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some have even commented with, “I’m not feeling it with this guy; he talks weird like he’s trying too hard to be a bad ass. The actor is really stiff. Like he’s reading lines. Not acting. Whether that’s intentional or not, I don’t know.”

I’m wondering if Baines has been thrown to the wolves in a way by been put in charge of the investigation into Brennan’s disappearance and that’s the way he’s acting the way he is in that he knows if he messes up the investigation he’ll get the blame.
