Is Sasha Getting A Recast?
Of course, we are talking about the seismic news that everyone is talking about this week and that’s actress Sofia Mattsson making the jump from General Hospital to Days of Our Lives.
She’s joining the cast over at Salem in a new, mystery role. And while there’s no doubt that her fans are truly happy for her, others are absolutely devastated that they won’t be seeing Sasha on the canvas anytime soon.
With that said, many fans can’t help but wonder what this means for her character, Sasha. This has a lot of fans upset and for more reasons than one.
That’s because they wanted to see Sasha engage with either Jason Morgan or Michael Cortinhos, seeing how they still share a baby together.
Earlier in the month, Sofia Mattsson hinted that she was back in Los Angeles, which a lot of people took as her wanting to get back to work on General Hospital.
Sofia Mattsson Has Moved On To Days Of Our Lives
And while a lot of people assumed that she was getting ready to go back to Port Charles, it turns out that she went in a totally different direction and headed off to the NBC studios to check in at Days of Our Lives instead. Who would have ever guessed, right?
But for a lot of General Hospital fans who were used to seeing Sofia play Sasha in Port Charles, they can’t help but feel devastated over the switch.
That’s because they were actually waiting on pins and needles for her to return to General Hospital sooner rather than later. Talk about a huge loss, right?
Now, whether or not fans will get to see Sasha back in Port Charles anytime soon remains to be seen.
But seeing how Sofia Mattsson has made the jump to Salem, it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen anytime soon, but that doesn’t mean fans are going to give up home.
