Kelly Monaco’s Life Isn’t What You Think
Clearly, we are talking about Kelly Monaco, as a lot of fans can’t help but wonder what she’s been up to lately.
It’s been a year since Kelly Monaco was last seen on the canvas as her character, Sam McCall.
As many General Hospital viewers know by now, Kelly was unceremoniously fired from the show. To this very day no one knows the reason for it.
There was some speculation suggesting Kelly was going to make the jump to The Bold and the Beautiful as Quinn Forrester.
After all, she certainly has a lot of work to do and seeing how there’s been a shake up at Forrester Creations and all the drama surrounding Eric Forrester, Rena would be a great addition, right?
And seeing how the last portrayer, Rena Sofer, has found a new home in Port Charles on General Hospital, a lot of viewers believe that it might be time for a recast.
And who better than to fill in for Rena’s shoes than General Hospital alum Kelly Monaco, right?
However, it’s been noted that General Hospital fans have been working overtime in trying to get Kelly back on the show. A lot of people would agree that Port Charles just isn’t the same without Sam McCall.
What’s Really Going On With Kelly Monaco These Days?
Many of Kelly’s fans have been campaigning on social media and defending her all across the board. They’ve even signed petitions in the hopes that something would get done.
At this point, it’s safe to say that Kelly’s acting career is over, which is why there are so many people who are concerned about her well-being.
So far Kelly Monaco hasn’t made any comments about the speculation but at this point, it’s doubtful that anything will be said. After all, the former actress has kept very quiet about both her personal and professional affairs ever since she was given the boot from the soap.

As with SB’s hiatus from canvas is causing the rumor mill to be blown completely out of the water KM’s not mentioning what caused her to leave GH canvas is also a topic I feel should be left alone. It is none of viewer’s business what has or is occurring on both of these issues and the need to know is questionable to me. I respect both individuals and if neither returns to canvas all I do is wish both well. In the world of soaps if there can be resurrections of supposedly dead characters, surely if either of the above mentioned and TPTB come to a decision for their presence on canvas, it will be done. SB stated more than once he would be returning after a personal hiatus from canvas, but many can’t seem to accept his statements. As far as KM is concerned there is no reason she should have given the rumor mill purpose to talk about her exit one year later. These are two human beings that have devoted their lives to giving others a little enjoyment by watching their performances on GH and they should be given respect now that both are off canvas for whatever reasons. Viewers should put themselves in the situation and wonder how they would feel if they were placed in the same situations. I know some may not agree, but I could care less – just stating my position on the matter at hand.
