General Hospital Spoilers: You Won’t Believe Who Saves Drew In A Stunning Turn Of Events!
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may turn out to have a most unexpected savior.
He’s being held drugged and captive by a vengeful Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) in his own home-could the person who finds out be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)?
Willow Told Drew She Shot Him, And Wished She’d Finished Him Off, Among Other Things
Willow accused Drew of his own shooting and the current situation, saying she tried to find another way but failed.
She listed his wrongdoings and crimes, including sabotaging her visit with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) in Germany.
Willow also mentioned the incident that upset Wiley Corinthos when Drew lied about Michael not wanting him around after baby Daisy Gilmore (Evelyn and Brenden Beimford) was born.
Furthermore, Willow expressed her only regret was that Drew didn’t die when she shot him and told him he didn’t have a stroke, but that she drugged him to fake the stroke.
Willow is responsible for Drew’s locked-in syndrome and plans to keep drugging him to keep him paralyzed in bed until she decides she’s finished with him.
Could Jason Be Drew’s Savior?
It will be a shocking revelation when the ABC soap opera discloses who comes to Drew’s aid, putting an end to his suffering and torment at the hands of Willow.
It may be someone quite unexpected who comes to his rescue-someone whose assistance he may not even deserve. One potential candidate for Drew’s unlikely hero is his twin brother, Jason-although these two have a deep-seated animosity towards each other, Jason saving Drew could significantly help mend their fraternal relationship.
There may be a scenario where Drew uses Morse code to communicate with Jason through his eyes, signaling that he is indeed a captive.
A More Likely Savior Is Kai
Another individual who could rescue Drew is actually someone who is likely to help him, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).
He might save Drew because he is already suspicious of Willow; Kai could notice the medications that Willow has lying around the room and decide to do some research online.
Knowing that Willow is the one who shot Drew, he fears that she might harm him while he is incapacitated in bed.
So, even though Kai no longer has feelings for Drew, he will still look out for him because he is a decent person. He mentioned to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that he cannot just leave Drew alone with his dangerous wife, Willow.
Unlikely Savior Number Two: Michael
Another very unlikely person who could save Drew is Michael; that would be the ultimate twist.
If he discovered that Willow was hurting Drew, I believe Michael might briefly think about letting it continue since Drew took his wife and his life, and he wants Michael locked up.
However, in the end, I think he would help Drew if he realized what Willow was doing.
Mainly because if Michael revealed Willow’s actions, he could permanently prevent her from seeing their children.
Even if she can’t be charged for shooting Drew, the custody court would definitely take it into account if there was a confession and Drew said, “Okay, Willow admitted it to me.”
Unlikely Savior Number Three: Tracy
Another unlikely person who could save Drew from Willow is his aunt Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who actually dislikes him-she previously saved him when Willow shot him by calling an ambulance.
However, like Michael, if Tracy learns that Willow is tormenting Drew, she might let him suffer a bit longer before stepping in to help.
If Tracy rescues Drew, it likely wouldn’t be for his benefit; rather, it would be to assist Michael in keeping Willow away from the kids.
Additionally, Tracy might enjoy reminding Drew for the rest of his life that she saved him twice, regardless of his behavior.
This could lead Drew to reconcile with the Quartermaines, seek forgiveness, and strive to be a better person.
Drew’s Most Ironic Savior-Ned
The last person who could save Drew is surprisingly Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). This is ironic because Drew stood over Ned while he was on the ground in pain from a heart attack, and Drew didn’t help. Instead, he accused Ned of faking it and walked away.
The Quartermaines are angry about this; Drew should hope Ned finds out he’s trapped at Willow’s mercy. If Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) finds out, she would likely walk away and not help Drew.
Ned Could Visit Drew To See If He’s Really Locked In
Ned may consider a visit to Drew, motivated by his concern for him, and to ascertain whether he is genuinely confined within his own body.
If he finds out that Willow is holding Drew captive and rendering him immobile, Ned would undoubtedly take the moral high ground.
Although he might contemplate leaving Drew to face his own destiny, he realizes that Tracy and Olivia are more inclined to forsake him rather than offer assistance.
Nevertheless, at his core, Ned is a fundamentally good individual. He possesses a forgiving nature, and without a doubt, he would come to Drew’s rescue.
