General Hospital Spoilers: Chase’s First Punch Just the Beginning of Him Turning a Corner?
General Hospital spoilers claim Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is skating on thin ice as it is lately, but punching Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) in the Quartermaine living room really takes the cake.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrived in the nick of time to break things up or who knows how bad it could’ve gotten.
Chase left the room spitting blood, but not before he could assert that Michael would end up paying for what he has done — or at least, what Chase believes he has done.
This is totally out of character for Chase, and it leads me to question why his loyalty to Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) runs so deep. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only one asking that.
Chase Grows Restless…and Reckless
When Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) married in 2024, they were the picture of happiness.
Chase was grounding for Brook Lynn. He made her feel content and like it was safe to just be herself. He was reliable, stable, and consistent.
But now his compassion streak has gone into overkill, and he has started to behave in ways that are above and beyond what is required to defend Willow as her friend.
Could that be because he thinks of her as more than that but hasn’t been ready to admit it to himself? Going rogue on the PCPD investigation, undermining the case in court, not being honest with his wife about his own investigation, and then punching her cousin in the face are all red flags.
GH Spoilers Gossip the Quartermaine’s Can Be Cold
There’s nothing like being iced out of the family to make anyone go looking for someplace that they belong, and it’s no less true when it’s the Quartermaine family.
They talk a good talk about loyalty and blood being thicker than water, but no family has banished more of its own kin over the years than this one.
So Chase might want to slow his roll and refrain from assaulting anyone else before he finds every member of said family on Team Michael — his wife included!
Willow Might Warm Things Up
If Brook Lynn gives him the cold shoulder or starts to put distance between them out of anger and confusion as Michael fights for his freedom, it could push her relatively new marriage into rocky territory.
Chase might not have considered cheating on her yet, but being left out in the cold with no family of his own to turn to anymore could make the one he hoped to start before with Willow look a lot more inviting.
We know his crazed ex-wife has been grateful for all he’s done for her. Will she seek to find a way to show him soon now that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is out of the way? Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
