General Hospital Spoilers: Portia Alters Paternity Test to Show That Curtis is Her Baby Daddy
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is known for her lies and it doesn’t look like that is about to change anytime soon.
Would she really lie and say that her husband Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is the father of her unborn baby? Definitely maybe!
In fact, Portia has lied about her baby daddy before. Decades ago when Portia was married to Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) she got pregnant by Curtis.
The result was Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) although she lied and told everyone that Taggert was the dad.
Portia is a Serial Story Spinner
She let Taggert and Trina build a relationship knowing that it was a lie. Sadly, this resulted in Curtis and Trina missing out on many precious years together.
Curtis is a kind and forgiving man however, and when he found out the truth on the day of his wedding to Portia years later he didn’t bail on her.
Maybe he should have.
That’s because Portia is now cheating on him with Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) and it looks like she’s pregnant with his baby.
Of course, this is a soap opera and the plot could swing either way. But given Portia’s history, we see the past repeating itself. You know the saying: the way you got them is the way you lose them.
Portia is Too Old for This
Eventually Curtis had one too many lies from Portia and they are now recently estranged. Then Portia got busy with Isaiah and swore him to secrecy.
Still, on the October 8 episode, Curtis and Portia teamed up to dupe Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and talked later in her office.
Curtis said that once a suspect in Drew’s shooting is charged they would tell everyone they are no longer together. However, there are still feelings there and if Curtis thought he was going to be a dad, we predict he would want to reconcile.
What Will Portia Do Next?
Even if Portia lies, it could be worse. Having a new baby would represent a new chapter for the Robinsons.
We don’t think Isaiah knows about Portia’s paternity lie with Trina so he would have no reason to doubt her if she announced Curtis got her pregnant. And, if he wants a paternity test, Portia could alter the results any way she pleases.

Hopefully writers will not allow Portia to do the same old, same old behavior as far as pregnancy is concerned. Viewers have been through this and don’t care to have to go through it again. If writers can’t writer something else for Portia and her lies /manipulations , just allow the character to be removed from canvas.
Weeks ago when the pregnancy was speculated on here and who the father might be, I wait didn’t matter because she was going to change the report to show it was Curtis anyway! Everyone would know that!
