The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s one person who wishes that Diane didn’t come back from the dead, it would be Nikki. While a lot of people are still in shock over Diane’s sudden reappearance or even resurrection if you will, Nikki’s ready to put her six feet under – and permanently, too. At Crimson Lights, Nikki is going to give Diane the slap that she deserves! It’s going to get so ugly that even Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be forced to get in the middle of things.

Of course, it didn’t take very long for both fans and critics alike to weigh in on this matter and of course, analyze the history between Nikki and Diane. Some comments have included, “It’s just yummy on YR right now and bringing back SW’s Diane back was a stroke of genius on YR to resurrect this character because Diane’s character has so much history and Diane is stirring the cauldron with her big wooden spoon,” along with, “I know some people hate catfights, but I live for their soapy/campy goodness! I just wish Nikki had struck first so that Diane could have returned the smack twice as hard! I love Nikki but I’m rooting for Diane!”

And for Diane, it would explain how she survived other than as an architecture but would afford her the chance to stand strong. She has wealth from a dead husband (no, she didn’t kill him but he was, i don’t know, hit by a car while crossing the street with Diane). That’s how she was able to just buy Allie/Keemo’s house without bother.”
