General Hospital Spoilers Monday, March 17: Unexpected Visits, Ugly Family Fights, Protective Actions

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, March 17 tease unexpected visits, ugly family fights, and protective actions.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) makes an unexpected visit, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) feeds the flames of ugly family fights, and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) takes protective actions.

Warrants To Be Served

In Port Charles, tensions rise as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) arrives with a marshal, ready to execute an arrest warrant.

With Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in town to settle matters with Brennan, he seems to be the prime suspect. Anna had previously attempted to persuade Valentin to surrender, but he managed to evade capture in Buenos Aires.

Upcoming spoilers hint at a potential misstep on Valentin’s part: if Anna isn’t targeting him, then who could it be? While there’s a chance she may have uncovered something on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), her primary attention appears to be on Valentin.

Unexpected Visits

After departing from her surprise birthday celebration prematurely and expressing to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) her desire for solitude, Trina, the grieving  birthday girl, finds herself at his doorstep.

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), with good intentions, gifted her the same book on Parisian art that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) had given, stirring up feelings of sorrow.

Now, after clutching Spencer’s book and confronted by painful memories, Trina arrives at Kai’s door. She confesses that she no longer wishes to be alone—but is she truly prepared to embrace a new chapter?

Ugly Family Fights

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) mentions Drew, declaring that he has picked a fight with the wrong woman! While she typically doesn’t refer to her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), as a “broad,” it seems she might be hinting at her.

It’s possible she’s referencing something Drew has said, particularly his use of the term when talking about Tracy.

Drew has certainly stirred up a family mess, especially as he continues to contest the Quartermaine crypt, which is teetering on the edge of being considered public property. However, with the surveyor dropping the assault charges, it seems Drew is just beating a dead horse!

Gio’s Bright Idea

Despite their past conflicts, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) appears to have earned Tracy’s respect, though neither is aware of their familial ties. Tracy offers a smug, almost playful smile as he hints at a potential way to leverage the law in her favor.

It seems they are still discussing Drew and the zoning dispute concerning the family mausoleum, with Brook Lynn possibly present as well.

This conversation resembles a calm and rational discussion among the Quartermaine family and their extended relatives—who would have imagined such harmony could exist?

Corinthos And Morgan Brainstorm

Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is deep in discussion with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as they brainstorm together.

It appears that Sidwell might be the focus of their dialogue, but they could just as easily be discussing Drew or even Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst)! Sonny poses a pointed question to Jason: “What makes him think it’s wise to target my family?”

It’s a valid inquiry—attacking the family of the Port Charles don seems rather reckless! Jason had taken Sidwell at his word when he denied involvement in the firebombing that harmed Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s completely blameless!

Protective Actions

In Jack’s Metro Court suite, he and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had enjoyed their first romantic evening, when suddenly Valentin showed up! Carly looks like she’s ready to turn a champagne glass into a deadly weapon in a napkin when Jack knocks it out of her hand with a stern “DON’T”! Spoilers for the episode do say Carly is in danger, and no one could blame her if she was aiming that champagne glass at Valentin, considering what happened in Baden-Baden.

Valentin had tried to strangle Jack in the steam room after being shot at in the Prague café and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) being endangered in the process. Carly walked in on it and saved Jack’s life-so of course she’s going to assume Valentin came to finish Jack off!
