Because Eric is someone who loves to always share details about his life with his fans, he shared a pic of himself alongside his son Christian on his Twitter account. The two of them had just finished a workout together and from the looks of it, Eric is in tip top shape. It’s safe to say at this point that nothing is going to stop this man. We love it when he’s full of this kind of positive energy!

Of course, many of his Twitter fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some of them even commented with, “You’re Looking Amazing @EBraeden Keep up the Great work. I’m glad that you are feeling great again because the soap world needs you. Well, make that the soap world and your family, of course. Keep it up.”
