General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) plays hero with a risky move! As Drew Cain, (Cameron Mathison) Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) watch with concern, Valentin surrenders to Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) henchmen!
General Hospital Spoilers: Ring, Ring, Somebody Get The Phone!
While Laura, Curtis, Drew and Valentin, Curtis and Drew with guns drawn hide behind a large boulder on Victor’s bunker island near Greenland, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) makes a call. She and Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) Andre Maddox, (Anthony Montgomery) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) have been discussing the hostage situation and rescue plans in Anna’s hospital room. After Andre talks about the military, world leaders and the WSB only having the interests of the greater good at heart, they decide to not involve them.
There is a huge risk of the island being bombed in order to save the many in spite of the loss of the few. Holly makes a call to warn the group about the pathogen and that they may be walking into a trap, but Valentin’s dropped his phone in the snow!
GH Spoilers: Sitting Ducks
As the group were walking around the island, footprints were noted, which prompted them to hide behind a large boulder when they heard voices. One of the henchmen said he thought they should head back, and the other one answered it sounded good to him, because he was freezing. Meanwhile, Valentin’s satellite phone rings in the snow as across the world, Holly’s trying to call-one of the henchmen cries out, “did you hear that?”
Laura appears scared as Curtis and Drew draw their guns and Valentin realizes he dropped the phone, putting them at risk. The two henchmen start sniffing around and looking for footprints. Valentin, Curtis, and Drew do a lot of looking and nodding at each other, seeming to know a common code-then Valentin, knowing they’re all sitting ducks, does something quite unexpected.
General Hospital Spoilers: A Risky Move
Drew and Curtis keep their guns trained on the henchmen as Drew shakes his head in disbelief at Valentin running towards the henchmen-although he circles around as to create a diversion. Valentin shouts at the two henchmen “you there” and raises his hands in the air as if to surrender, as the henchmen hold guns on him and one shouts “don’t move”! But Valentin’s risky move is calculated and cunning-and he knows he is the only one who can get away with this kind of a maneuver.
He knows the two henchmen are only low-level employees of Victor, not his trusted ones. They’d really better not take pot shots at their boss’s son!
