The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, June 29: Jill Praises Cane, Slams Billy & Casts Doubt on Sally’s Future
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, June 29 hint that Jill Abbott (Lauren Koslow) is floored by new news, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) regrets being a big dummy to his wife Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
On Monday Nikki is in surgery, and helpful Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) (who once tried to killed Nikki), gets takeout for the crew holding vigil.
Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are at Crimson Lights for a break.

They tell Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) about Nikki’s ordeal and Victor’s heroics for getting Nikki the best surgeon in the world.
However, Nikki could still be blind after the surgery.
Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) shows up and reveals this mom, Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox), spilled all the beans about Nikki. There truly is no concept of HIPPA in GC.

Later, in the park, Claire confides in Holden who tells her to look on the bright side.
Meanwhile a haunted Victor gazes at the wedding rings Nikki handed back to him and there is a flashback to one of their many weddings. plus a looks back at Niktor’s recent squabbles.
Victor was a low-down dirty dog with Nikki and hardcore fans want him to pay long and hard for it.

At some point Stephanie informs Victor that the surgery is in progress.
Then it’s time for Victor to meddle in Claire’s love life with Holden.
Once Nikki is out of the OR, Dr. Virginia Nottingham informs the Newmans that they were able to get rid of the brain mass; Nikki is unconscious and has small bandages over her eyes.
What’s Next for Nikki?
Dr. Nottingham can’t know if Nikki wakes up with her eyesight restored and Victor mutters words of encouragement to an immobile Nikki.
Over at the GCAC, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) wait for Jill.
Once she arrives, Jill explains that Snapper Foster’s (last portrayed by David Hasselhoff) assistant sent the messages of her arrival and had no idea they were confusing.
Jill’s Intrigue
Jill wants to talk about Cane running Chancellor courtesy of Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Passed-over Billy rants that Cane is a weasel and shouldn’t be rewarded for his sleazy behavior.
Cane counters with his “I’m a changed man” speech but Billy doesn’t believe him.
Jill reminds them that Catherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) wanted this and Billy rants that Jill and Cane wanted this to happen all along.
Billy Confuses Jill
Billy sniffs that he’s moving on with a wedding and a baby with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Jill is surprised to hear this news and feels left out of the loop.
But she says that she’s happy for Billy if this is what he truly wants, all the while seeming to be less than thrilled.
Then the argument about Cane running Chancellor starts again and Jill tries to keep the peace.
Eventually Billy Boy whines that he needs to know why Jill thinks he’s not good enough.
It’s clear that he’s hurt over Jill praising Cane and not him.
