The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Shocking Return From the Dead – Matt’s Amnesia Claim Sparks Chaos
The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will somehow find his way to a diner following his confrontation with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) in the desert.
He will still have a cut on his head due to Sienna’s actions and will appear somewhat disoriented as he converses with a waitress.
Matt Pulls Out A Keycard In A Diner, Asks About How Far Genoa City Is
As the scene unfolds, Matt will pull out a keycard and inquire if the waitress can provide him with information on how far away ‘this place’ is.
Moving forward to the week of May 4-8, viewers can expect to see Matt arriving at the Genoa City Athletic Club, once again clutching a keycard in his hand.
Given that Sienna previously had a decoy room at the athletic club, it’s possible that Matt might stumble upon her abandoned keycard or something similar.
In any case, this keycard could very well guide Matt to the GCAC, where he can check in and secure a room for himself.
It’s also plausible that Matt will eventually assert that he is suffering from amnesia, claiming that this keycard is the sole piece of evidence linking him to his past life.
Matt May Have Simply Been In Need Of Answers
Matt may appear to have simply followed the path to Genoa City in search of answers. If Y&R intends to keep Matt in the storyline for another chapter, they need to take a different approach.
Matt can’t continue taking hostages and causing explosions, so what if he opts for psychological tactics this time? It’s also possible that Matt could genuinely experience some memory lapses-or at least it might begin that way.
He will seem somewhat disoriented when he interrogates that waitress at the diner, indicating that things might be unclear for him at the start.
Even If Matt’s A Bit Fuzzy, Everything Could Come Back, And He’ll Want Revenge!
Nevertheless, everything could eventually resurface for Matt, reigniting his determination for revenge, which he’ll definitely want.
Any evidence that could have led to Matt’s arrest likely got destroyed in that gas station explosion, leaving him free to act as he pleases in GC. Matt might toy with his adversaries by pretending to have amnesia and lurking around every corner of Genoa City for a while.
This could also provide him with an opportunity to form new alliances and devise fresh strategies, so keep an eye out for any impending bad news.
