The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nick’s Ex Issue, Lily’s Complicated Feelings, Phyllis Blasts Cane
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, August 27 disclose that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has second thoughts, while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) must deal with a pesky ex.
Let’s start with Nate and the woman who doesn’t deserve him, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Audra lied to his face about her time in Nice after Nate begged her to come clean. She refused, and Nate walked. Except now he’s having second thoughts.
Did Nate Make a Mistake?
Nate talks again about his relationship with Devon Winters (Bryton James). After their blowup he is rethinking his stance. He admits that he doesn’t have evidence of Audra’s shenanigans and is second guessing himself.
In other words, Nate only suspects that something skanky went on with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in Nice. And that’s why he’s wondering if he should apologize to Audra for his accusations.
Will Devon tell Nate to listen to his gut feeling? Or does he concede that Nate loves Audra and perhaps should try to work things out?
Lily Has Unwelcome Feelings
Meanwhile, Lily is uneasy about her complicated feelings for Cane. On Wednesday’s Y&R episode Lily finds herself tormented by her memories of the past with Cane.
There’s a reason they divorced, but before that Lily and Cane were madly in love and had kids together. As Lily let’s her anger simmer, the good times come to the forefront of her mind. Is she, like Nate, having second thoughts about her SO?
Phyllis Confronts Nick
Elsewhere, it looks like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) confronts Nick about Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) blackmail scheme against Cane.
Phyllis sees Cane as her meal ticket, so the fact that he’s compromised doesn’t sit well with her. So, why doesn’t she blast Victor instead of Nick? Good question!
Good guy Nick tries to smooth the rough waters, as he needs Phyllis to help him sink Cane. However, Phyllis is also unhappy that Cane now wants to alter his world domination scheme.
Phyllis has a big job on her hands, which is making Cane change his mind. Explosive
