General Hospital Spoilers: Innocent Inquiries, Protective Parents, Angry Accusations

General Hospital Spoilers: Innocent Inquiries, Protective Parents, Angry Accusations

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, August 29 tease innocent inquiries, protective parents and angry accusations.

Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) makes innocent inquiries, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is protective as a parent and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) receives angry accusations!

General Hospital Spoilers: Innocent Inquiries

Violet is bubbling with excitement as she spends time with Harrison and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Josh Swickard, Amanda Setton); Chase appears surprised while Brook Lynn beams with joy, clearly impressed.

Violet is eager to know when they plan to have a baby-could she have overheard something about a blessed event?

It’s possible that Violet has caught wind of Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) staying at the Quartermaine mansion while his parents are away. Although Ace is more of a toddler now, to Violet, he might still seem like a little baby.

GH Spoilers: Protective Parents

Regardless of your child’s age, some mothers continue to see them as their little ones, which might explain overprotective Portia’s worries. Outside, she’s on her phone when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) inquires about her concern for Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and why she’s checking up on her.

Portia is clearly convinced that Heather poses a real danger to her daughter, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and her anxiety is palpable.

She holds a firm belief that traits are inherited, and in her eyes, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) must have inherited her malevolence from her mother. Although Portia finds the idea that Heather’s actions are a result of cobalt poisoning to be nonsense, she struggles to provide any evidence to support her suspicions.

General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Quartermaine’s Bad News

Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) stands frozen in disbelief as Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) walks toward him. The shocking news he has just learned leaves him reeling, and Willow, with her usual kindness, expresses her heartfelt sympathy; what could this troubling news be? Is it related to the favor Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) requested earlier?

It’s possible that it concerns his campaign—could Congressman Larry McConkey (Sam McMurray) have lost his battle with lung cancer? Given that he was already in stage four, it wouldn’t be surprising, but such a loss would certainly have significant implications for Drew’s campaign!

GH Spoilers: Angry Accusations

Meanwhile, Carly stands there, taken aback and visibly hurt as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) expresses his anger, accusing her of feigning concern.

He confronts his former cousin-in-law, insisting that she shouldn’t act like she cares about him and Lulu Spencer (most recently Emme Rylan); what could have triggered this reaction?

Dante and Carly have always had a good relationship; could it be that Dante is frustrated because Carly perhaps hasn’t volunteered to be tested as a liver donor for Lulu? It’s clear that Dante is deeply troubled and agitated.

General Hospital Spoilers: Kristina Corinthos-Davis Is Devastated

In the questioning room of the PCPD, John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) has followed through on his threat to re-arrest Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi)! With a self-satisfied grin, he reminds her that there’s a way for her to escape this predicament, and she’s devastated.

General Hospital Spoilers: Innocent Inquiries, Protective Parents, Angry Accusations

Previously, he had blackmailed Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), coercing him to admit to every crime he had committed, including the grooming of Karen Wexler (Marie Wilson), all to protect Kristina.

Now, he’s using the same tactics on her, attempting to persuade her to betray her father. He might even be looking for a confession regarding her alleged attack on Ava Jerome (Maura West)!

GH Spoilers: Alexis Davis Frantic

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is notably absent from the questioning room where her daughter should be, as it appears Cates is denying Kristina her legal rights.

In a state of panic, Alexis expresses her fury toward Sonny, emotionally pleading that if he doesn’t intervene, they could lose Kristina forever.

Meanwhile, Sonny keeps his composure despite the tension, and Alexis, after all these years, ought to remember that he always has a strategy up his sleeve. It seems Sonny is biding his time with Cates, ensuring he gathers enough information to come out on top.
