General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn’s Decision, Dante’s Advice, Brook Lynn’s Joy
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, April 5 tease decisions, advice and joy. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) considers a decision, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) gives advice, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gets news that gives her joy!
General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn’s Decision
It sounds like Josslyn is asking her mother’s advice on a decision, as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) tells her only she knows the answer to that.
They’re talking at Bobbie’s, after Josslyn decided to talk to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) anyway after telling Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) she wasn’t. Joss had just broken up with Dex recently over things he’d agreed to do for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
She was shocked to learn that not only was he considering working for the PCPD, he’d actually been invited to do so. She feared it would make him more a target for Sonny and told him she thought it was stupid!
GH Spoilers: Bargaining Table
At Pentonville, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is at the bargaining table with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and asking him questions. In particular, she wants to know who took over as the head of Pikeman after his arrest.
Anna tells Brennan she’ll consider something if he gives her something in return. Anna wouldn’t like the answer if Brennan told her the truth-her ex-lover Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) took over as head.
Of course, there could be an explanation that Brennan may not like-maybe Valentin’s acting as a double agent of sorts!
General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain Chews Out John Cates
Elsewhere, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) chews out John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) and he threatens to send him back to Pentonville!
Drew plainly does not like the way Jagger has been going about things in Port Charles, especially not asking questions of teenagers about their dads.
Drew most certainly heard about Jagger trying to trick Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) into telling him what he knew about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Jason may not be Drew’s favorite person in the world right now, but blood runs thicker than water and he’s still his brother. By the look Drew gives Jagger he’s giving Jason a run for his money as Drew’s most hated person!
GH Spoilers: Dante’s Advice
Now at home, Dante has some advice for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) who’s worried about Danny. Sam had vowed to keep Danny and Jason away from each other, and as someone who grew up without a dad, Dante tells her he thinks she’s making a mistake.
All that kind of talk is going to do is drive a wedge between mother and son and cause more anger in Danny. And, the anger in Danny will be towards his mom for forbidding him to have a relationship with his dad!
General Hospital Spoilers: Kristina Corinthos-Davis Lashes Out
Back at Bobbie’s, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) lashes out at Josslyn, shouting, “What do you think you know that my father does”?
Joss is probably talking about some of Sonny’s mobster behavior, although she knows when he and her mom were together he protected her and the family from danger.
Josslyn has taken a turn towards being self-righteous and it’s not a stance that is serving her well.
The two will likely continue to argue until someone intervenes to break it up. Kristina is fiercely protective of her dad, and she’ll stand up against anyone who accuses him of anything.
GH Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos And Natalia Rogers-Ramirez Get Better Acquainted
At the Metro Court, Sonny and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva La Rue) have a good time and get better acquainted. Natalia laughs when Sonny asks if he can ask her something he thinks she might not like!
Usually Sonny doesn’t ask permission so that might be a first for him. The two seem to be getting along very well and having a good rapport with each other. Perhaps they’re even talking about something else besides their two daughters!
General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn’s Joy
Meanwhile, at the Quartermaines’, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) watches as Brook Lynn obviously gets very good news! She’s excited as she tells someone on the phone “YES! That would be amazing!”
Brook Lynn was having a wedding dress crisis of sorts when she and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) toned down their wedding and were going to settle for a small civil ceremony. This was because of Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) rapidly advancing ALS symptoms.
But then they found out they would have more time and changed course, so Brook Lynn’s wedding dress was a priority. It sounds like she got a miracle solution to her problem if her excitement is any clue!
