As many General Hosptial fans are aware of by now, Patrick Mulcahey and Elizabeth Korte are part of the show’s new writing team. Nancy says that Elizabeth especially is “incredibly skilled and focused and incredibly dedicated to the show.”

Nancy worked with Elizabeth during her Santa Barbara days. She also said that she couldn’t be happier that Patrick is on the show as well. She put it this way, “He’s also coming back in a different capacity, where he’s in a decision-making position. He is pretty much the reason I’m still in soap operas. He wrote so many of the words that came out of the mouth of my character [on SANTA BARBARA], the best, articulate words that just blew my mind and were so satisfying to say. I thought, ‘I’m not going to be able to have a better part anywhere else than on SANTA BARBARA,’ and I attribute most of that to him, because he wrote a lot and he wrote particularly well.”

Nancy continued, “I mean, you could tell — you’d read the script and without even looking, you’d know Patrick wrote it. And it was such a satisfying experience. And as a result, I’ve gotten to know him over the years. We’re good friends and he is incredibly versatile, kind, smart funny, with just the right amount of cynicism. He’s just one of my favorite people on the planet.”

I think this the beginning of tearing down Adam when things have been good at work and things have been changing for him and Sally. I could use some detailed information concerning his brother’s behavior while he is out of town leaving Sally alone and her by chance to run into his brother. I don’t blame dad now for hating her. She needs to stay away from every member of that family. I am a big city girl, choosing to believe that women have free will just like men do. Sally and all the other women who have dated, married, had sex with both. You all and those two boys need to find new fishing holes to swim and pick new fish to swim with! They all have used and abused free love. We wouldn’t if this as screwed up their children because it seems that when they get off the breast or bottle, they are kept off screen, then before you know it, they are in boarding schools. Sad, sad life for any parent with children on soaps that are never hardly seen after birth!
