Could 2024 bring a new man, a new soap and even new hope for Courtney? That’s what fans can’t help but wonder. She broke up with Mark Grossman this past year and her character Sally Spectra has seen more lows than highs in Genoa City. It’s time for some change!

Courtney herself even reflected on the last year and all of the lessons that she’s learned because of everything that has happened. She said, “This year has made me feel like a bear in hibernation, a butterfly in a cocoon, a lotus blooming through murky water, a phoenix rising from the ashes and Daniel in the Lions den all wrapped into one. I spent more time in solitude than ever before which cultivated a deep intention when I did engage with community. I walked into more unknown rooms with new people -alone- than ever before, which strengthened my compass because I had no one to rely on but God and myself. It created a strong presence in each moment, an unwavering gratitude and respect for each person and their time in my life, and a profound joy and peace within that I’d been searching to find for years.”

The Young and the Restless: What’s Next For Courtney In 2024?

The stunning actress continued, “It started when I became brutally honest with myself about the things/people/beliefs that were no longer serving my journey, that I would no longer tolerate, and the energy I was spending on things and people that weren’t matching my effort, support, or values and distracting me from my true goals. Admitting that things needed to change allowed me to seek experiences and people that embodied what I was searching for and apply it where I could. What arose was an interesting dynamic between vulnerability and divine power. A full assessment of who and what was taking up space in my life. And now, I feel intention within each action that yields greater clarity everyday, the strongest support system I could imagine, my feet rooted in my truth, a joy and eagerness so deep it is exhilarating, and a strength and trust in my own voice that I had suppressed in many moments of my life.”
