It looks like we’ve finally got out Molly and that this one will stay! General Hospital comings and goings say now that Kristen Vaganos has settled into her new role as Molly Lansing-Davis on the show, here’s hoping that she’ll be able to give the casting department a bit of a break. That’s because the character of Molly has been recast four times in less than six months! Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital News: Kristen Vaganos Is A Perfect Fit
Kristen is the new Molly and from the looks of it, fans are incredibly happy. They weren’t as happy though when actresses Brooke Anne Smith and HOliday Mia Kriegel were both on the show. But if the shoe fits, why try and change it, right?
It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about all of the recasts these last several months. But it seems like many already agree that Kristen is a perfect fit and that she’s hopefully here to stay.
Some comments on social media have included, I am hoping Kristen Vaganos sticks around, because she seems suited for the role of Molly. Mia Kriegel was a good fit in her final episodes (took some time to find her footing), but Brooke Anne Smith was simply miscast. Vaganos seems like a good mix of Haley Pullos & Kriegel, so I’m all for this recast,” along with, “This came as a surprise but I hope people are happy now. The reference to Brooke Ann Smith’s age was just ridiculous. Billy Miller was ten years younger than Steve Burton and I saw no complaints.”

Another critic wrote, “She looks the part and seems to be the right age range, what lots of fans didn’t like about BAS, even tho she was a good actress IMO better than HP or the cringeworthy HMK. Hopefully this will be it lol.”
