General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, September 11 tease dining disagreements, romantic gestures and family reassurances.

At Kelly’s, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) disagrees with the family’s dining choices, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) makes a romantic gesture, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) makes family reassurances.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dining Disagreements

Violet is at the front of the family line of Elizabeth Baldwin, (Rebecca Herbst) Jake Webber (Hudson West) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), fresh from a baseball game.

Her family is probably embarrassed when she shouts out they can’t eat there, especially with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) behind the counter!

Carly’s probably amused at the little protester, Violet is becoming quite the assertive little stinker.

She likely tells her she’s sure she can come up with something Violet will like. Or is she protesting something in the restaurant?

GH Spoilers: Making Herself Scarce

Could it be that Violet spotted Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at Kelly’s? Esme is somewhere asking if there might be any vacancies, apparently wanting to make herself and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) scarce from the Collins house.

It doesn’t look like she’s at Kelly’s although it’s difficult to tell-there are white café curtains behind her, and Carly did redecorate a bit.

Esme has been working for a while and the Collins house is getting a bit crowded. Perhaps she and Ace need their own space, although the old Esme would never have lived above Kelly’s!

General Hospital Spoilers: Romantic Gestures

Meanwhile, back at the Collins house Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) have a rare moment alone, and he gives her reassurance as they sit on the couch.

He tells Trina that the person who he cares for is her, and he can prove it, and makes a romantic gesture-one that’s been a long time coming.

Will Esme’s search for her own place take long enough so they’re not interrupted again?

That has been a major issue and a roadblock to Spencer and Trina moving forward with each other. Perhaps now it will finally happen.

GH Spoilers: Major News

Meanwhile, at the Savoy, another couple has made major progress as TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) major news.

With a smiling Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) at his side he says he and Molly have a major announcement to make.

TJ and Molly will announce that they are making major progress with starting their family.

Their surrogate of choice, Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) has already had the implant procedure.

Now it’s just a matter of time to make sure the implant takes and the pregnancy progresses, and they’ll be parents.

General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Jones’ Update

Elsewhere, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) updates her mother, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) on an issue.

A determined Maxie tells Felicia that no matter what, she’s going to make it happen. She could be talking about one of two things-making things work with her family in Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) house, or making things work at Deception Cosmetics.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has brought a lawsuit that won’t go to court for six months and offered to drop it for 75% of the company.

Maxie thinks 25% is better than nothing but Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) vehemently disagrees!

GH Spoilers: Plan In Place?

At the courthouse where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is being arraigned on Federal charges of violation of the National Security Act, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) talks to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

Michael tells Dex “let’s make this quick”, so might they have a plan in place to help Sonny beat the charges?

Michael appears to have done a one hundred degree turnaround since he first hired Dex to set up Sonny to be taken down by the Feds.

Whatever the two are talking about, it needs to be done quickly!

General Hospital Spoilers: So Soon?

Back at Kelly’s, in the kitchen, Carly’s on the phone as she asks how can there be news so soon? She could be referring to Sonny’s arraignment or possibly to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) case where Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) is trying to get an appeal.

Her more immediate case right now is defending Sonny in Federal court, but she got something started for Drew based on judicial prejudice.

It seems like it’s more likely it’s about Drew’s case since Sonny is in court as she speaks to the person on the other end.

However, it seems like progress may be happening in both cases.

GH Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Reassures His Loved Ones

Even though Carly couldn’t go to Sonny’s arraignment, Michael, Dex, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are there.

As Sonny gets ready to apparently take the stand, he reassures Nina and Kristina he’s got this. He’s either pushing his own fears down for their sake or he’s not afraid at all.

He seems very confident he’ll get out of these charges too, so maybe there is a plan in place.
