The Young and the Restless Spoilers UPDATE Friday, July 7: Ashley’s Brazen Move, Nick Turns to Sharon, Jack’s Reality Check

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 7 tease that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) gets sour news regarding her ongoing tit for tat with future SIL Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). These two ladies each believe they know what’s best for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and are willing to wage WWIII over it.

Most recently Jack promoted Diane at Jabot over objections by his sister who thinks that Diane is using him. The promotion causes Ashley to take drastic measures to counter what she sees as Jack’s poison move.
Jack will be gobsmacked to see a press release announcing that Ashley has a new health and beauty company with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

This represents a lethal competitor for the family company, Jabot, but Ashley seems determined to do whatever it takes to get Diane out of the family biz.

In turn Jack sees Tucker as the bad guy in all of this, undermining of Jabot. As a result he confronts Tucker and realizes the potency of the threat Jabot is facing.

Explosive The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Ashley and Jack are even more emboldened to outdo the other, and this will result in increased hostilities for the Abbott family members. Can someone get peacemaker Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) back, stat?

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Nick’s Dilemma

Elsewhere Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) goes to his ex, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), for help with a problem. His father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) asks him to support Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) at McCall Unlimited after their sneaky sister Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) forced Nick to take a leave from Newman Enterprises due to his recent turbulent personal life.

Adam is in a dark place after he and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) lost their unborn baby and Victor thinks Nick should keep an eye on him. Nick knows how volatile their brotherly relationship is and wants to discuss the idea with Sharon.

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers: Nick Wants to Help Adam

Sharon is more than ready to help Nick after he helped her deal once and for all with evil Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby).
Meanwhile, Adam’s heartfelt letter to Sally could help soften her cruel tirades against him. She blames him for their baby’s death and refuses to have anything to do with him. But she may give Adam false hope that she is ready to forgive him.
Sally is still too traumatized to allow him to get close to her even though he wants to process the death together. Will her rejection of him once again be what finally makes him turn to the dark side?
